It's been a long time since I shopped at a mall in person, but I needed new slacks so I decided to brave The Galleria on a weekend to go to Express. Overall I was extremely disappointed (especially with shops like Aritzia setting such a high bar for quality and service in the mall). Express used to be my go-to for work/office attire and I've only ever shopped at this Express location - so I was surprised to find how much it's changed. Service: The service was absolutely *horrible*. There was no one offering any assistance or even greeting you. In fact, most of the staff was standing together just chatting and ignoring customers. I happened to be looking for something specific that another customer was as well, and I watched as she went to ask for helping finding it. The staff barely acknowledged her and the one person who broke away to help didn't even know where the item would be ! Quality: I'm surprised at how much the quality has dipped at Express. I've had the same pair of slacks for years that has held up well, never frayed, and was a thick solid fabric. I came here specifically to purchase another pair. While they still have the exact same pant, the fabric is lightweight and alr3ady coming apart at the seams in store. They also did not have much size selection which I was surprised to find. Price: Their prices are about the same as what they were in the past but with the decline in quality not quite worth it. Unfortunately there are better places to shop to get better quality and service at the same price. I was a long time customer of Express but I doubt I'll be shopping there again read more

the store is kept in good order and organized but the selection of stuff is subpar and overpriced overall.

When I walked into the store, absolutely NOBODY asked me if I needed any assistance. No, the store was not crowded. The staff walked right pass me as if I was not there. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase. read more

Bad customer service. Wasn't really helpful. Lied and told me they didn't have a particular item just because they were too lazy to look. So I looked myself and found it. Then got to check out and wasn't able to pull my account info up via number although on the app it clearly shows I was logged in and an Express Next member... says they probably couldn't find me due to me turning off email notifications actions and therefor I could receive the 20% off. Ended up just leaving my items at the store and leaving. They aren't the only store in the mall that sells quality pants so I went elsewhere read more

Very pleased with the customer service and assistant in trying to find a good date night outfit. I left very satisfied! The specific Express staff member, Crystal, was very kind and helpful going the extra mile to provide her opinion and help provide alternative style options. She was willing to look in the back stock to find me a particular size. This particular Express had a lot of stock and smaller sizes available. If you don't mind the Galleria, this is the Express I would recommend. read more

I always have a little trouble finding clothes that fit me. So it was so refreshing to come in here and have so many people offer to help me out. The staff was great in helping me find nice clothes that fit well. Price wise its not too bad for the quality of the material - this one is the largest of the Express's here in Houston - go to this one if you are going to or thinking of giving Express a shot. read more

Only step foot in here for sales. It's pretty expensive for a college student's budget, especially for the quality. Service here is okay. Last few times I'd been in, no greeting upon entering or any time walking through the store. In fact, the employees don't really pay attention to you. Only once or twice have I gotten great service, so three stars instead of two. read more

As a guy, Express has some classy and stylish professional clothes. Fitted, yet comfortable, I'd recommend Express if you are searching for dress clothes. This location in particular is conveniently located in the Galleria Mall. It's not extremely different from any other Express location though, so don't drive all the way to the Galleria if there is an Express closer to you already. read more

I love Express, my closet would say probably a little too much. They always have such great clothes, and I have yet to have any problems with them. My only complaint is the over-attentive staff. They're just a little too "in your face" for my taste. read more

I am so impressed with Express in general. They have completely revamped their image. I grew up wearing Express from high school through college. After I graduated college, I thought of their clothes as cheaply made and nightclub like. After years of not shopping there, I am a customer again. Their style has gotten much more broad and sophisticated and their jeans fit me awesome! This particular location is huge!!! Biggest and best location I have been to yet. This wasn't always the case with this location, but they have completely remodeled and revamped their image and stores. read more

The staff was very welcoming, willing to help and very pleasant to talk with. My boyfriend needed a suit so we came here on a recommendation. The place was packed because a sale was happening, but even with all the commotion the staff was ready to assist us with our purchase. read more

$75 off $200 coupon is fraud... they charged me tax on tax free weekend... downloading the app for the additional 15% off is also fraud ... fashion nova honors all there coupons and for the incoming will give u extra off!! EXPRESS IS HORRIBLE ... coupons where sent yesterday to my email and customer service only took $40 off... I spoke with SAMUEL and he completely seemed lost and unconcerned!!! Bought a dress for my wife and got all the way home to get ready for a dinner reservation. My wife took a shower and put on her new dress.... They didn't take the stupid sensor off!! So I called them 30 min before they closed and no one is answering!!! Damn those cashiers not doing there job right!!! Spend $130 and can't even wear the dress. read more

While their clothes may be on the expensive side it is more than worth it for the quality. I bought dresses in December of 2014 that still look amazing almost a year later. The customer service is always great as well despite the large size of the store and their busy nature. Last time i went i was greeted as soon as i walked in and the sales associate Jaime was more than willing to tell me about sales and help me pick an outfit for my meeting. read more

I love the clothes! However, during my recent visit the store manager Ro was so rude to me, she would not allow me to use my coupon or return my item. She referred to me as "boo", I'm not her boo! I filed a complaint with customer relations and will never return to this location again. read more
