Understand that other vendors that don't want these guys around. They're cheaper and better than the other stores because I've been to most of them. They all told me that they can't compete with this place and they don't know how these guys can have prices so low. What does that sound like to you? Some of the sections: gardening, toys, makeup and hair, electronics, storage, kitchenware, pets, snacks, camping, etc. You can grab some necessities as well as whimsical things. But for those of you not reading: there is nothing to not like about Costco, nothing at all, accept the fellow Costco shoppers who don't know how to move a cart around or load stuff. I'm talking a virtual United Nations of "cart pushing" styles are on vivid, mind numbing random ways. There is no "right side" of the aisle. There are only wrong sides. And everyone, yourself included, are occupying that side. Don't even think that you can safely leave a cart somewhere so you can "sneak in" to an aisle to grab an item. By the time you return to your cart, at least several other Costco shoppers will be melting the metal of your cart with their angry eyes. That little "end cap" spot where you left your cart to temporarily get the gallon tub of peanut butter will be the exact location that several streams of shoppers will need to perform the heisenbergian task of navigating Costco amongst the chaos. Insult to sample size injury are the employees occupying precious cart zones with their paper muffin cups of food samples you probably don't want, but will take because you may never leave the store and have real food again due to the log jam. Best of luck finding where the crash of lines begins or ends for checkout, and lord help you if you order food at the (truly delicious) delis and want to find an open table to eat. 5 stars.

I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. Great value for buying for yourself and gifting to others. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. They do sell stuff in store that is not available online.

I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.
