It's right next to Tostada Regia, and is aimed at the Hispanic Community. Lots of cheap stuff and plenty of discounts to be had. In some ways it's better than a dollar general or Family Dollar, in other ways, it's not. You'll see for yourself when you come in, but they have a lot of stuff which other stores don't have and it's well worth your time. We always come here when we go to the restaurant next door which is one of the best Mexican restaurants and Monterey style restaurants in the whole world - so make sure you read my review of that place before you eat there so you know what to get.

The floor manager/ salesman invited us with a warm smile and was very accommodating. In fact, they gave me some of the best service I've ever had! Let's talk about what they have. They have items that other store are coming there to buy and resale at their stores. I know they got a low rating but try them for yourself. Understand that other vendors that don't want these guys around. They're cheaper and better than the other stores because I've been to most of them. They all told me that they can't compete with this place and they don't know how these guys can have prices so low. What does that sound like to you? C'mon man, I went to this place and I've dropped thousands of dollars but what I bought cost trible from what I spent. I'm a big skeptic but I'm making this my go to spot! I'm just putting everyone else on point.

If you do shop at night, beware of your surroundings. Not saying this parking lot is unsafe, but there isn't enough lighting to see your path. Another tip, check the expiration date - "Best by" or "BB" - on all food packages. I'm no saying they sell expired food, but it's just common sense.

They also have an awesome snack station and a good amount of electronics accessories, so there's usually something suitable for everyone that they might find interesting/ useful. I have a lot of the kitchen items such as their dishes, stovetop liners, and chopsticks, but I also enjoy their home accessories such as their house slippers, plushies, and stationary. The snack area always has a lot of fun options to munch on during my trip back home! They also have excellent car accessories, so I have even purchased car cushions from here (they're pandas!). Overall, the items are usually in the $1-3 range, but some items may go up to about $10 based on what it is!

It's Japan's version of $1 store except in the US, it's $1.75 and up. The quality to me is better than the regular dollar tree or 99 cents stores. The store is very clean and organized. There are some basic items that they carry all year and then specialty things that come and go. Some of the sections: gardening, toys, makeup and hair, electronics, storage, kitchenware, pets, snacks, camping, etc. You can grab some necessities as well as whimsical things. The staff are very friendly. Def one of my fave spots.

This store is located at West on West (WoW) on Westheimer which holds several Asian-centric businesses like KBBQ, Japanese sushi, cake and bakery shops, and more. The store is quite large and the aisles are decent sized when it comes to comfortably shopping. You'll see lots of shoppers that come and go in groups whether they're family or friends, but all are very shop curious, as Teso has such a variety of items. It takes time to explore all the things but it is fun to discover unique items you likely won't find elsewhere. The aisles are very well stocked with sweet and savory snacks like cookies, crackers, chips, nuts, dried seafood, chocolates, candies, ice cream etc. They also have a huge wall of specialty drinks in the far back, where you'll also find things like 3D puzzles and toys that are not typical. There's also a row of claw arcade machines in the back so have your hand at the claw if you'd like. There's also a wide variety of beauty items that are Japanese heavy including face masks, mascara, fake lashes, hair dye, and lip sticks. Stationary that is cute and useful is also in abundance. Prices in this section are higher compared to places like H Mart or 99 Ranch, so I wouldn't come here specifically for snacks.
