No boxed just lying on the floor randomly and it looked like they actually clean and sort stuff. Picked up a few items and headed to the cashier. She was super friendly and quick. No attitude, just great customer service. Most of the ones close to me are understaffed or staffed with people who have retail burnout. So it was nice and refreshing to feel welcomed. Def would return when in the area.

Review Title: Denied Refund for Defective Items and No Clear Resolution…read more On September 29, 2024, at the Five Below location at 11043 Westheimer Rd in Houston, TX, I attempted to return three defective headphones with a valid receipt. The items were not functioning properly, but the return was denied by staff without a clear explanation. While still in the store, I contacted customer service, but the issue was not resolved. Instead of being handled in a straightforward way, the situation escalated, and I left without a refund despite having proof of purchase. This was especially frustrating because I've had to return items from this store before due to them breaking or not working as expected. Based on that experience, I made sure to keep my receipt and follow the return process, which is why the denial in this situation was particularly concerning. I later contacted corporate to try to resolve the issue. Over time, I received $50 in digital gift cards, but this did not address the original problem--that a valid return was denied--or provide any written explanation of how that decision aligned with company policy. After multiple follow-ups, I still have not received a clear response or full resolution. My concern is not only the denied refund, but also the lack of transparency and accountability in how the situation was handled. This experience has made me hesitant to make future purchases. I hope the company will review this matter and provide a clear, documented resolution, as I am continuing to pursue appropriate channels to have this addressed.

Then after printing the receipt this girl dead serious tells me "the baskets go back over there" alright girl but you splitting that check with me because that's your job. I think what mostly bothered me was the fact that I was actually being so nice to her. Do better. Thank you.

Hello, I Went to…read moreRoss today because I was looking for something to put on my face to keep it from being so dry during the winter season and I was able to find a face serum. It is supposed to replenish and lock in moisture, renew and smooth my skin and help diminish dark spots. I can't wait to see how that works. Next is the sugar scrub, which surprisingly smells very good considering it has a lemon scent to it. Also pictured below is the magnesium pills that's supposed to help relax your muscles. I can't wait to see how that works out. You could say I did a little retail therapy today. Lol

This corner is the part of Houston that I probably visit the least, but when I do this is definitely one of the plazas that makes perfect sense, because it has so many good stores and a lot of them are new, and it's a little bit different to other places around the city. I didn't find anything I wanted at this Ross and I don't think I saw a single employee the whole time I was in here, but I'll still come back here and check in again next time I'm up here. To see if they have some cheap muscle shirts or something like that.
