I frequent this store to avoid getting stuck behind cars while waiting for train to pass. Otherwise, I want to avoid the construction on Highway 290. I have been here since the month it opened. Friendly staff, well-stocked shelves, easy access from roads and lots of parking spaces are my favorites. Sundays are my days to come here after having lunch at El Ahorro Supermarket a block away. I love to drive down Hempstead on a sunny day with my windows down. It felt like driving in an open grassy field (asphalt road and railroad tracks) with few farm animals (moving cars) around me.
