She did any amazing job on a custom piñata and centerpieces for my son's graduation party. I just contacted her for another custom order piñata. Horrible management. If you want to cancel due to uncontrollable reasons like not being able to have gatherings per GOVERNMENT LAW during the COVID-19 pandemic they will not refund you your deposit. I will never book here for a party. You're better off celebrating elsewhere. read more

If I could give NO stars I would! I called this establishment 2 weeks before my sons 4th birthday party in search of all 4 ninja turtle costumes. When I called I got the owner, she assured me she had all four, but wasn't at the office at the time to take my deposit and to call back the next day. I did, I got a different employee and she was questionable about the number to turtle costumes they had. I told her the owner assured me they had all four, she said "ok, well she is the owner so she would know what we have" she took my $25 deposit and I told her I'd be there 2 Saturdays from then to pick them up. BEFORE hanging up I asked her to please consult with her owner and MAKE SURE they had all four costumes, and if for ANY reason they didn't to PLEASE give me a call and we could go from there. A week and a half goes by with no call from them. Fast forward to yesterday (3/29/2019) I arrive at 3:30 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY PARTY, to pick up the costumes. I walk in, introduce myself and tell her I was here to pick up the costumes. She looks at me so casually and says "We found 2, but we were unable to find the other 2". I lost my mind. She was the one that I spoke to on the phone and asked for a phone call should they not have all 4. She told me "I was going to call you today" mind you, it was 3:30 in the evening the day before my party. There was no remorse from her. The only thing she had to say was "Well, I didn't charge you the deposit". She had no intentions of trying to right her wrong. Had she called me, I would have appreciated that and taken the two they had. They have ZERO organization skills, seeing as how none of them know there exact inventory. And ZERO customer service skills. My sons 4th birthday party went without 4 ninja turtles. Also, I told her I would be reviewing her business on her Facebook page and she quickly turned off her review features on her page. Smh read more

The customer service here is ridiculous I specifically ordered some items and asked them when would they be ready and if they could be ready by Saturday they told me yes but the lady kept asking me for the party date I said the party date has nothing to do with when I need them ready they were not ready by Saturday on Monday when I called The lady told me the reason I haven't received calls because they're not ready I explain to her that I had to get them fixed and pictured and she told me they're they're not ready and too bad read more

We all know planning parties are extremely stressful. We spend several months planning and planning and just know that things will be absolutely perfect!! Reality is nothing ever goes as planned. No matter what it is we never have full control of the way things will go. Things happen but it takes a great business to find solutions and make your dreams turn into a reality. I would 100% recommend The Party House for all your rental needs. They will go the extra mile to get the job done. Priscilla quickly found solutions to the minut issues we had days prior to our event and kept her word the day of the party. I will definitely be using her services again. I would not recommend this company to anyone from personal experience. They do NOT keep their word and will keep your money even though they don't hold up their end of the deal and turn around and blame it on you. If you do choose to use this business, PLEASE make sure to get everything that you all have discussed in writing and have her sign off on it, also KEEP receipts and ask for a copy of their policy if one does in fact exist. Do not give them your hard earned money unless you do these things. You will pay a pretty penny for their services because they ARE NOT cheap and then when it comes down to your event if they mess up WILL NOT take responsibility for their actions. If you have to rely on using this facility you are better off not having your party. First of all, the place is a dump, second the of all your guest will spend unnecessary time looking for it. Third of all, the owner will look for ways to avoid returning your deposit. We rented it based on internet pictures,(Big mistake)!! She wants to honor a contract that she did not provide. I was told by by the lady who owns this business that she hoped that I would find Jesus Christ in my heart one day.... Little back story on this situation... I paid a $35 deposit to rent 3 tables and 35 chairs. When George brought them home from picking them up on Saturday we did not count them, we didn't use them all therefore we did not discover that we only were given 31 until yesterday morning when he loaded them up to bring them back. I called the owner of the business to explain to her what happened and I was told that they count them 2-3 times before they issue them out and I should probably look around, maybe they were misplaced. Therefore she was right and I was wrong. She also told me they were $10 a chair if I didn't bring them all back, or I could go to Lowe's and pick some up to replace them, maybe that would be cheaper. Whenever George brought back the chairs she wasn't there and the lady who waited on him said her boss called and said just to not give the deposit back we wouldn't owe anything more. I really have a problem with being over charged for four chairs that I paid for and didn't receive and that my deposit was kept because I didn't return all of the chairs that I never received. After putting my review on Facebook she offered to do an inventory and get back with me. A whole day went by and I hadn't heard anything. I commented back on my review, then received a phone call and voicemail. I called her back and she informed me that when she did her inventory they discovered they were actually 48 chairs short and she watched her "surveillance video" and she witness herself put 35 chairs in our truck. She also informed me that this happens all the time and I guess she didn't like that I told her it does because it's a scam. I mean, if they are short 48 chairs, then apparently they have some pretty bad record keeping skills. So, with that being said, guess I struck a nerve. To me right is right and wrong is wrong. I would never lie, or steel from anyone. With that being said, I will, because I have had Jesus Christ in my heart for a very long time, will forgive her for keeping my hard earned money for whatever reasons she can come up with to make it ok. read more
