Then the day of the party I called a few times, got no answer, emailed to check on an eta because my party was starting and no one had showed up. Lori finally answered and said that they were at my location for 30 minutes banging on my door. I told her absolutely not they were not at my location. I asked for an eta. She said she would call me back. She never called back. She sent me to voicemail every single time and then she texted me from a different number saying exactly this. "They will not make it to my location today because they are already running late from being at my location so long. I will refund your money". I started blowing up her phone. She sent me to voicemail for well over an our. I texted her back needing the owners number. She never responded. I never got a phone call about them being at my door for 30 minutes. Terrible customer service on Lori's part. She has a personal problem. She could have offered to drop it off later that day or even the next day because all of the kids were spending the night. She did not care at all. I had 15 kids and even more adults there with no entertainment for them and not enough chairs for everyone either. It was a nightmare. She ruined my sons 6th bday party. Do not use the people ever.

One problem is the inconsistency in the food. I've been there for tea. The desserts were good, but the bread on the sandwiches was dry. Last night, I ordered coconut cream pie and it was still frozen. At Bingo last night, they played music, loudly, between ever number that was called. It affected the sound system and made the numbers difficult to hear. At one point the music was turned down and the song played softly in the background. That was perfect. Then the next song came on and the volume was turned back up. A snippet of the song played then abruptly stopped and a number called, then. another loud snippet of music.

I called this place on a weekday -- mid-morning -- and asked the owner "Can you do miracles?" The thing is, my wife needed a pick-me-up after several weeks of working her tail off at her job and taking care of her family. I told the florist that the bouquet was her choice and to please brighten my wife's week. (I did mention that I don't care for baby's breath or status.) Mission accomplished. Beautiful bouquet. We…read morehave rented from All Summer Long for several of our children's birthday parties and team parties. We typically rent around an 18 foot-22 foot slide but we decided to get a combo instead. We had children ranging from 2-11 at the party and all of them enjoyed it! Jessica told me when the slide would be delivered and picked up and the crew were prompt with each. The workers were diligent in making sure the placement was exactly where we needed it and they even accommodated me with water bags in lieu of stakes to hold it in place. We've seen the quality/cleanliness of other companies in town and All Summer Long by far exceeds the rest.

However, this year it was going great, as last year did, until Saturday evening at about 9:30. Last year they called to schedule the drop off and set-up time and the pick-up time. Everything that was agreed upon occurred as planned, per phone conversation. They called when they were on their way to set up and they showed up to pick up as agreed. Like I said, this year everything was going great as last year. We really wanted to rent from All Summer Long again. I spoke with Jessica (Owner) on Thursday (this year), she called to schedule a delivery time for Friday. The bounce house was rented for Saturday, so basically, we were going to have it for an extra day. I took notes as we spoke on the phone (see pic), she said there would be no extra charge for delivering early, as they did last year. It would be delivered between 11-12, Friday morning. I then asked Jessica when they planned to come back to pick up their equipment, it was rented for 2-8pm Saturday. Jessica specifically told me they would come back on Sunday to pick up their equipment, As they did last year. Never, not once did we discuss them possibly coming Saturday night to pick it up if they had the opportunity to do so. So, at about 9:30pm three of their employees come walking through our yard with flashlights to pick up their equipment. They had been calling to tell me they were on their way, but I didn't have my cell phone with me. Not knowing they were coming Saturday evening the bounce house was being used. Our grandkids and their friends were in the bounce house at that time celebrating their Birthdays. I tried calling Jessica several times, she never answered the calls (see calls pic). Her husband called back and said they were at my home to pick up the bounce house. Had I known they were planning to pick the house up it would have been ready, and no one would have been jumping and playing in it. I told him we needed it until Sunday, as agreed upon with Jessica, so we kept it overnight. He then told me there would be an extra charge of $100. And I explained to him what was agreed upon with Jessica, same agreement as last year when they picked it up on Sunday. Now 5 days later I receive a charge notice as my credit card was charged $97.42, charged by All Summer Long, (see photo). I really thought maybe, he believed what i explained to him and they wouldn't charge the extra $100. I was wrong, I know business is business and we were not wanting or asking for anything for free, the pickup and drop off times were agreed upon and made by All Summer Long (per phone conversation with Jessica telling me the times). I hate that it turned out as it did, but we will take our business somewhere else in the future. And I'll make it very very clear as to when the drop off and pick up times will be. And hopefully whomever we rent from in the future will not send their employees out to our home at 9:30 at night to walk in my yard with flashlights. That could have turned out as a very bad situation with the crime as it is these days. We had no idea they would just show up at 9:30pm. We could have also possibly already been in bed at that time of night, and the bounce house was set up in our back yard. Hopefully they consider the safety of their employees and not send them out so late at night in the future and make it very clear when they plan to deliver and pick up their equipment with their customers. If you rent from them make sure it's clear and understood when they plan to deliver and pickup their equipment.
