The manager and cashier gave very bad customer service.. I had just purchased a jacket-that was a gift, when I realised the tag was missing. I asked to exchange it for one with a tag and the manager was very rude! Eventually, I was given the item with the tag, however, their attitude was quite demeaning. It was as though they felt they were doing me a favor- I WAS STILL AT THE CHECK OUT REGISTER AS THOUGH ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING!!!
