My sister and I went to the terrarium class last week. I was disappointed how the owner, Brittany,…read more made me feel. She emphasized to me that the chairs were cracked and to be very careful with them. Even going as far as to ask me if I preferred for her to switch out a sturdier chair for me. Ok, I am not a thin person, but certainly she has seen other people that are big in her lifetime. There was another big person at the class, but she only warned me about her cracked chairs. The vessels for the terrariums were really extra small. I managed to get the only normal sized bowl. My sister had to get a tiny one. For $40 the vessels should have been bigger. Or allow you to make two. Brittany asked everyone what was the first step to put together a terrarium and I said the rocks. She said no, it is the sand. The brochure she handed out at the end of the night also said to start with a base of rocks. If you want to have customers, be prepared to have all shapes, sizes and colors. If you are not open to that, do not expect return customers. I love this kind of stuff but I will not be back. Can't stop thinking how she made me feel like I was so huge, her chairs would break. I attached a photo of the tiny terrarium my sister made for $40

We drove an hour in the rain to get there and 30 minutes before it started they sent me a cancelation notice. They said they had booked a large group and forgot about it. We were in the parking lot getting ready to go in and there was no big party starting. This was my test with my granddaughter and then had planned to bring all 20 folks from my department. It was a big mistake on their part and very unprofessional. My granddaughter was really looking forward to it.

What a beautiful experience to get matching permanent bracelets with my son! This was so cute!!!!…read moreMy son is known for loosing his jewelry and this was perfect. You can get 14k gold, white gold or even gold filled. The options are anklet, bracelet or necklace for permanent jewelry. Meaning no clasp but if need be (it can be cut off) They do have charms and other jewelry as well. The price varies depending on the chain and length that's custom to you. It can get pricey tho! I'm coming back to stack my bracelets with this coupon they sent me lol. It's for men, women or kids!!! It can be adjusted too

This place is at the corner of Shepherd and Nett, on the first floor. As expected of the area,…read morethere is no obvious parking for the business. You have to find some nearby street parking and walk over. I had a perm bracelet from another place that needed to be shortened. I sent an email inquiry to ask if they provide this service before going there (I've gone to another place where they refused to work on anything that wasn't purchased from them so I wanted to be sure before heading out of my way). The email reply confirmed that they do provide this and that it would be $15. I made an appointment online and selected what I needed done. The website showed that it would only be $10 for a single loop and that it required pre-payment. So I paid and headed to my appointment. When I arrived, I told them I was here to have my bracelet shortened and the lady working there told me it would cost $25. I explained that I made an appt and pre-paid it already. She replied that it was just the deposit, not the total cost of the service. It was not clear during the booking that it was a deposit only but fine (maybe it would have been obvious if I had selected something way more expensive and being charged $10 instead). This was fine since the deposit gets applied at the end anyway. I also explained that I have an email reply saying it would cost $15 so I don't know where the $25 came from. She hesitantly agreed that she would only charge me $15 instead. I paid for the $5 difference at the end of the appointment. The inconsistency in the pricing (with additional confusion on appt deposit) is frustrating. I like having a clear idea of what I'm paying without any surprises. The work itself was fine. She clipped off my bracelet, took the old loop off, clipped off the extra length and zapped a new loop on. I'm happy with the end result.

I visited Iron Works in the Houston area when visiting my friends in Katy and stumbled across this…read morestore! They have such a wide variety of things to choose from: Leather journals (high quality) to jewelries to cute charms! They have dream catchers and so much more. I saw this ring on display, but convinced myself I didn't "need" it. I regretted my choice when I went back to Dallas, then messaged the owner on Instagram to ask if he had the ring in stock. I was planning on asking him to keep one for me to buy the next time I came, but he had already offered to ship the ring to me! The owner even packaged the ring in an adorable box to me! The service was amazing, the owner did not have to go above and beyond for me. The ring was $20, and you literally cannot find another one like it (I would know-- I literally scoured the internet trying to find ANYTHING remotely similar. I couldn't find anything as perfect as this ring). The shipping from Houston to Dallas was only $10. Total was $30. Service in person and online were 10/10. The quality of the ring is 10/10 (and adjustable). I am very. Very. Satisfied!
