When I asked for assistance regarding sizes and promotions, I received little to no engagement from the sales staff. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I followed up with both store management and corporate. While an apology was eventually provided, the overall handling of the issue -- including how my initial concern was closed without resolution -- left me dissatisfied. If prices or service matched the amazing selection, they might get that 5th star, but neither prices nor service are bad enough to go below 4, they're just a bit hit or miss.
