Saw some of their light weight puffer jacket which was one of the first things I bought from here many years ago. Its still my favorite jacket and folds into a small umbrella which I can put into my purse or bag easily. They have everything including baby stuff and merchandise that can be customized! That's an uncommon option among big brands .... The staff is very focused on the person who they gauge will spend. They will give that person complete attention.. lol Quality wise they really rock, no doubt about this Japanese brand and for that it us a store everyone should visit.

This particular location is the first ever discounted Macy's in Houston, think the Macy's equivalent of Nordstrom Rack or something like that, maybe Saks Off Broadway. So you'll find much better deals here than at the regular Macy's, and that's why I gave them three stars. I asked to see the shoes in the size that I ordered online. Someone went to grab them for me and put them up front. I went up to the register and showed them my online order. I asked that they pull the order in the system now since I have the shoes in hand. They did. If I hadn't have done that there is no telling when they would have gotten around to pulling the order. There is another reviewer on here who ordered something online for store pickup and ten days later they STILL had not pulled the order. Stay away from this place. I do not recommend it.
