Since we were 10 minutes from the start of the rodeo & show, I paid and they held them for pickup afterwards. When I got home and took both boots out, I noticed the pattern match was a little off on the left boot that I never even saw at the Rodeo. I took them to the First Colony Lucchese store for exchange. They were extremely helpful and we came up with a better pair than what I started with! Extremely happy and love that store! I highly recommend this store and will be back. They were comfortable, but much to my disappointment, the soles had zero traction and I was certain I'd slip and fall if I wore them out of the house. Al re-soled them for around $35 (if memory serves) during the week of Thanksgiving in 2025 in around 3 days. The soles look seamless and no one would be able to tell that they weren't the originals. They have solid traction on the ground and I am happy to report that I have not slipped once.

She punched several holes (with different sizes and shapes yet quite similar to the holes on my Hermes belt) on a piece of leather for me to choose. This is because she doesn't have the tool to make exact holes. After all these troubles, FREE OF CHARGE!!! I couldn't believe it! According to her, she never charges to punch belt holes (even belts are not made by the store)! While I was there, I saw a huge collection of buckles, leather belts, knives, etc. they are so beautiful and quite affordable. I will definitely take my parents here when they visit the US.

He said it was made by one of his employees and that's why it was made incorrectly. He told me he'd make it himself and I could pick it up in one week. Well, when I called to ask if it was ready, Clay told me he didn't have time to make it because he's too busy. He refunded my money. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Twisted Arrow Goods unless you want to wait a long long time for a product that won't even be made correctly.

Best belt I've ever owned…read more I carry. I carry a big gun. .45 ACP. The consumer belts you get, even ones at gun shops, just can't cut it. I walked in, they measured me and custom fit the best belt ever. Today I went back. I have lost weight. They recut the belt and refit the buckle while I waited. No charge. OUT BLOODY STANDING! They also do custom holsters, bracers, bags, etc. I have a knife sheath project I'll be taking to them in the very near future.
