Even though they had the items on racks they continued to say they couldn't offer those goods as an option to choose from. I even asked them for more details since I drove about half an hour for the pick-up and shared how this was a waste of time & effort (I would just order for shipping at home) without the hassle of reps/sales clerks that lack experience and customer service.
