This store is beautifully laid out, and clearly their community appreciates them - when I was in the store, a client came in and was complimenting the ladies working on how much they "get it," and I would completely agree. I had lost about 2 inches on my waist by the time my suits came in (about 8 weeks I think). Corrie did a great job with the adjustments. They do in-house tailoring and the turn around time was very quick (less than a week for mine). I recently wore my peach jacket with blue pants to a wedding in San Diego. I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

My first experience at this location was disappointing because of a customer service situation, and that is what my original review was about -- not the AG product itself. Since then, AG's Regional Manager, Nicole, personally reached out to me, listened to my feedback, addressed the situation with the team, and handled everything with professionalism and respect. As a business owner myself, I know mistakes can happen. What matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong -- and AG showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and the standard of their brand. The jeans themselves are incredible. The quality, fit, and comfort are exactly what I expected from a premium denim brand.
