This made it very inconvenient, and only stores does not allowed a parent to be with their child while trying on their clothes. If the store police only limit one person inside the fitting room. Please put a visible SIGN that you only ALLOWED one person inside the fitting room so we won't waste our time. Customer service is really important if you want to have successful business. Brendan V. behavior left me dissatisfied overall and does not want to come back to Uniqlo First Colony branch. I am giving 1 star for reflecting his rudeness to customer. I like his attitude. I was desperately looking for a nice fitting dress shirt and a jacket. I have been suffering from unfitted suits to formal functions. Thank goodness, all events were dark. No one paid any attention to my outfit. But next year, I will be attending an outdoor wedding event. I definitely need something jazzy and snazzy. The only name I know is Jos A Banks. Seriously, I really don't know anyone else sells good looking shirts and jackets. Not to mention, I was wearing Jos A Bank's sweater when I walked in to try on other clothes. I wish I know the salesman's name. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was rookie with formalwear. He took his time to measure my upper body to find me the best fitting suit jacket and dress shirts. He taught me the difference of shirt styles: Slim Fit (definitely not me), Tailored Fit (that's me) and Traditional Fit (I will get there one day). There was a jacket I saw online. As soon as he saw the picture, he guided me to the dinner jacket section. Yup, that's exactly what the picture shows. I sure will come back during the holidays. I know there are some sales coming up. I want to attend more events to show off my updated wardrobe.

Explained my needs and we headed straight to the suit wall, then got my measurements. Within a few minutes, I was trying on a jacket that fit just as perfect as you could expect without paying a custom suit price. Minute later he found a pair of pants that fit perfect, so off to the dressing room we go. Handed me a pair of dress shoes to test the length of the pant legs and everything just fit perfectly. Spent less than an hour inside the store and left with exactly what I needed. By the way, I need the suit for tonight's company Christmas party, and I got this perfect suit on sale as well!! I like to give praise where praise is due, and Don Abernathy deserves all the praise. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in a looooong time, refreshing to know high quality customer service still exists. He has a great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, professional and simply a master at his craft. However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

I purchased a cologne from one location and needed to return it to a different location. I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

My most recent experience came when were in a time crunch to get my son a suit. Manhel helped us and we couldn't have been more pleased. We lucked out by finding a suit that fit him off the rack, it only needed to be hemmed. I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. We purchase a fragrance and move on to the MAC and everything I was looking for was out of stock the employee herself said we were better off at macy's and we were Macys MAC had everything i was looking for and more.
