Turned out beautifully. Yes some of her outfits are repeats, but I believe the brides do that themselves. They see previous outfits and choose the designs as it is but different colors. She has to give them what they want essentially. Her shipments come every week and it's basically off the runway!! Some traditional and others, out of the world! I realized I hadn't given the rest of my payment. Not once she called me and asked me about the money. I went in two months later because I had completely forgot that I still had an account with her!! I went in yesterday and took care of it. She is always all smiles. I had my headphones on, and I was walking up and down the isles, looking for earrings for a trip coming up, and the employee came up and took my baskets stating I was not able to carry my basket around , I was a little confused since I had been there years with no issues. I typically don't pay attention to the employees when I'm there, but then I realized they were following me around like a hawk. Which I get it to an extent, but I wasn't doing anything suspicious I typically walk in the center of the isles and just look at everything. I only touched stuff if it's something I'm potentially interested in. No big bag I had a small fanny pack. What made it worse was that then I watched other people walking around with their baskets being able to freely shop. Maybe because I keep my headphones on and just look for what I'm looking for, but they felt a certain way. I don't go in corners of the stores or anything. I just go there to shop. Like I said, I have been going here for most of my adult life. I felt super uncomfortable and yucky after that. I will not be returning. UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply below: there was nothing "happily resolved" here…read more Enforcing a fine-print policy to keep over $800 of our money for a wig we literally never saw, touched, or received is not a fair resolution. My mom was stuck in the hospital following major surgery complications, making it impossible for her to come in.  Additionally, despite the owner claiming in other review responses that they "NEVER" ask for tips and that it goes against their policy, that is flat-out untrue. They absolutely solicited a tip from my mom, right after she was already in sticker shock over the price of the wig.  Taking advantage of cancer patients and families navigating the absolute hardest times of their lives, keeping nearly a thousand dollars for zero product delivered, and asking for tips on top of it is disgraceful business practice. Save yourself the stress and find a shop that actually treats vulnerable customers with compassion.
