The prices on their items are a bit high so I expect they would have sales people walking around to help. the employees are always so sweet to me and every time i go in whether i buy something or not it always feels like a luxury experience!

I'm usually one to shop online but decided to come into the store for some leggings to see what colors they had in stock. I was with my family and my little ones. We were immediately greeted by John whom was pleasant and friendly. He helped my husband and I pick out a few things and was refreshingly kind as one could get. Again we were with our kids and he didn't mind one bit nor the other sales associate there. After we checked out we realized we forgot to get a couple more items. The store had actually closed by 5 mins but John let us back in to grab the things we needed. That gesture was beyond appreciated. It's people like him that make you want to come to the store rather than shop online. Even if they are out of stock on an item they will order for you to ship to your home which is wonder and easy. They did have a rack of sale items though I didn't get a chance to look through them as I came for the Fast and Free leggings. Great store great sales associates with wonderful attitudes. Will be returning again soon! read more

I read online on their literal website before coming in, that if the item is literally falling apart within weeks of purchasing , then they guarantee an exchange or at least their seamstress fix it. I was faced with such rudeness by a woman working the cash register, and after further investigation her name is Lori. Avoid at all cost, she was talking to me in such a condescending tone, like why... Super confused. Will be driving 30 minutes to the galleria location in future. Haven't visited this location yet, I visited the store hoping to get a new reflective logo on my short sleeve Henley and brought my old pair of men's pace breaker shorts in to get the liner fixed and Cassidy was super helpful with the whole process. Staff is very helpful and the selection is pretty great. They generally run out of 10 & 12 if that's what you are looking for- first. The men's selection is more limited at this store than the highland village and galleria location but is similar to the memorial location. Just be careful who you ask if something looks good- one of the associates actually asked if I could still breath in a top.... read more

Terrible customer service. The lady was super rude, and would not let me return joggers I had just bought, (the first time I tried on, the lace ripped) after all tags were taken off, which I read online they will return for free. There was minimal dog hair, yet they didn't let me exchange for a different color. Then I talked to another lady and she also gave me sass. read more

Came in today to check Lululemon out. I had never been to one before and was very impressed with their customer service. Everyone at least once asked if I needed help with anything, and if I looked lost they noticed and would make sure to ask if I needed any assistance. Overall a great location! read more

Clothing is expensive but totally worth it!! Once you get your man in it he will never look back! At least get him in some good shorts. They offer a great discount if you're an athletic trainer or coach. This location is the best. Always neat and well kept. They just don't get a bunch of the sizes or all the newest stuff. This review is not location specific as I've had the same experience at every single location I've ever been to. While the employees are very friendly and helpful, it is extremely annoying when a customer says they are "just looking" or "don't need any help" and the employees do not take the hint to leave them alone. Even when I have my earbuds in, at least two employees will try to spark up the same exact conversation about "what I do to exercise, where I do yoga, what lulu clothes I currently love, etc. " The incessant small talk has gotten so out of control that I end up just walking out of the store empty handed when I actually went to buy something specific that I needed. I don't know if anyone else is having the same annoying experience but it has definitely caused me to stop going to their stores. Please tone it down when I say I'm just browsing, don't need help, and obviously look very uncomfortable that you're not getting the hint to go away. read more

Maybe I've just been lucky and coming at the right times but I've been here a few times in just the past couple of weeks and I have had unparalleled customer service. Everyone was so helpful and really nice and I felt so comfortable shopping here and trying on different clothes. I've been to other Lululemon's in city center and the Heights, but this location is my favorite to shop at. The selection for women's clothing is also really extensive and they get a lot of new merchandise in often. Highly recommend! read more

Unlike many, I just don't get the hype over this store. Yes, the merchandise is quality, wears well and lasts but the same can be said of other brands. I'm not against paying for quality. I'm far from a cheapskate. However, when I find other workout apparel that suits my needs better and is as good quality as this brand all at a more reasonable cost, I'll purchase it before this one. This apparel seems more suited for yoga enthusiasts and runners of a sort. I didn't find any apparel that suited my type of workouts, especially in the bra department. I need good support that holds up (no pun intended) to intense Plyo, cardio, jumps and a faster paced running. I couldn't find anything here that even came close. Other items fell into the same category of not being what I needed. I sweat and I do mean sweat during my workouts. Somewhat gross but also good cleansing for the body and sweat just happens in intense workouts. Again, I do not mind paying top dollar for worthy merchandise but the prices of clothing here seemed a bit much to me for something I'm going to drench in sweat and then put through lots of washings. My current brand is just as comfortable and holds up to tough workouts and heavy washes with no sign of wear and at a reasonable price. So far I've not found a reason to buy something here. The customer service is disinterested and mildly helpful when necessary. No one seemed to know anything about my type excercising or what would be suitable. That could be because this store is not suited to my workouts. I didn't fare any better when I checked the Lululemon website. The store is organized and clean. Merchandise seems limited in the men's section compared to women's. I don't see myself shopping here when I can go elsewhere and find exactly what I need in comparable quality, wear and comfort. It seems many like this brand but I'm just not a fan of it. read more

Wow! Just left the Lululemon store here in Town Center, Sugar Land. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had...not just me, but I observed amazing, patient, helpful, and friendly service being given to the other 8 customers in the store with me. I never felt rushed and Chelsea asked very specific questions about my preferences and lines me up with spot on recommendations. Her team mates were readily available to help at the instant I had a question. Very positive experience...loved the energy in the store! read more
