We opted to parking in another lot nearby [It was paid parking, but I believe it is free for 1 or 2 hours..] There is a good amount of seats in the cafe area and outdoor seating. Lots of people were working. The place was pretty quiet, not too noisy. I ordered a matcha latte [I forgot how much it costed], but it was pretty decent matcha in Houston. We look forward to assisting you! *Crickets So I went to the website to check my order status and the website was down. "Stating temporarily closed" and "needed time to regroup." The only way I was able to contact this company is through email, which you'll receive generic automated reply saying "someone will contact you" which never happens as you see stated above. Poked around on their ig page and the comments had been turned off, which was never the case. They've lost my business for good and saddened by the lack of communication, customer service and ultimately theft and deceit from a once reputable company. You will not receive a refund and will need to file a claim through your bank to recover your funds. Tread lightly if you dare. I would not recommend this company.
