The coach team examined the handbag and verify the purchase date to determine whether it will be complementary or a charge, prior to shipping. The estimated time of repair and return is within 6 to 8 weeks. I wish they had a notification to whereas when they receive my package from the store and when they complete it, and ship it back. Once the repairs is completed they will send the item back to your home address. I did enter in a request to require a signature at delivery.
