Would it be the same tool to remove it a simple yes or no would have done great but she gave me about half a dozen answers that did not answer the question she was like where is your ring? You could do what you want. I did not sense attitude with this answer, but I'm fully aware of that and that is not what I asked. After a few back-and-forth, I finally got an answer which made the experience a little awkward. But nonetheless, I'm really happy with my purchase. This was my second year purchasing something with Kendra Scott and my third overall item. My first item was a Watch band for my Apple Watch. The second item was the birthday 25% off necklace, which I had buyer remorse with that I never wear. It is in the original packaging with the original tags and the same box that I got it last year and they have the same offer as before, but they kind of tweet the necklace a little bit last year it was tiny hearts around a necklace that's kind of like a choker this year is no hearts. They're just like little circle ovals I wish I could exchange it for something else which I do understand some of the reviews how someone will feel a bit taken.
