They assured me over the phone TWICE that they did buy bulk (spoke with AJ, Alecia *sp?, and Matthew) which is why I decided to drive all the way to Cypress from Pearland to drop my collection with them. Now it took about a month to get that collection evaluated because it was a huge collection of boxes and binders honestly took up the entire back of my car. Part of the reason it took so long was I think the person said they were sick and that can't be helped I understand. All that time doesn't really mattered what matters is at the end they just offered to buy like the most valuable cards at a lowball offer for what they wanted. (Which I could have literally taken to any shop and sold) Proceeding to tell me they were not interested in the bulk collection WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I MADE THE TRIP. . I already knew and not driven what round trip twice was almost 4 hours for me. Also when I got there they had taken everything out of the damn sleeves and just had it in a mess in the office and I had to reassemble it all in the lobby which really frustrated me. That is what really bothered me. I packed all my stuff up and took it to another shop that actually did buy bulk and got a much more reasonable offer. They may be a good shop to hang out at and nice people I have no reason to believe otherwise in that regard it seemed like a nice place when I went both times. TL;DR The shop bs'd me about buying bulk so I drove all the way out to their shop and wasted about 4 hours and it took a month for nothing. But a lowball offer on the rarest cards. Would recommend not trying to sell bulk to these folks cause they wasted my time and are likely wasting yours.

Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. They had a great selection of dresses and many employees helping. We were greeted when we walked in, told about the dresses, and they said to let them know if we needed anything. I liked how they didn't hover and make us feel pressured. When my daughter was ready to try on a dress, a sales person promptly helped her and stayed with us through her trying it on, sizing her, talking about how to tailor the dress. When she said yes to the dress, the employees all complimented on how beautiful she looked in the dress. We then took pictures with props (very cute). (They let you take pictures here unlike some other formal dress stores.) We had to order a different size and it took maybe a week to come in. Not long at all. When we went to pick it up, the store wasn't as busy, and we still got great attention. They retrieved the dress, waited for her to try it on. More compliments. Very friendly, kind, patient people. The store and dressing rooms were clean. As for cost, it's expensive. But that's to be expected. We had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I told her what services I was looking for and she asked would I like to wait while she worked on the pieces. She immediately got to work but also engaged in conversation with me. We talked about our favorite restaurants, where we are from, where we live etc. She also brought me in the back to meet the owner Shawn Nguyen. He's showed me where they create custom pieces and their 3D printer. Overall; great customer service, untangled necklaces and if I need anything in their line of business I will be back!
