My mother, my ten year old daughter and I decided to check this place out after having an early Mother's Day lunch down the street. When we walked in the door we were greeted first by a dog who barked at us. We aren't allergic and he didn't seem mean, so not that big of a deal. Then we are greeted by the owner. Seemed nice enough... Until she proceeded to follow us around the entire store as if we were questionable characters who might steal her entire store. When I say she followed us everywhere, I am not exaggerating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and highly offensive. We're not some seedy looking bunch so I'm not too sure why she felt the need to be so intrusive. We decided we'd had enough and the second we walked out. My mom and I both looked at each other and said, "Was she seriously just following us from room to room?!? How rude!" Unless or until a customer gives you reason to believe that they may be up to no good, it is completely unacceptable to treat them as suspect. And not to be rude (or of it IS rude, I frankly don't care after that experience), but there's not a single thing in that store that I would even care to have... Much less get arrested for!

I have no idea how the store is able to stay open, given its unethical policies. I bought a blouse on Sunday at full price for $19. It was not on sale. The receipt states all returns can be made within 14 days with the exception of sale items. Yesterday I decided I wanted to return the blouse. The sales guy stated, "Sorry all sales are final." I asked, "Even if I paid full price for the item?" He affirmed, "Yes." Please justify the rationale for falsely printing on the receipt non-sale items can be returned. Thanks, Erin D

In addition to their already discounted stuff, I came in during their happy hour: buy one item, get another item half off! She needs training , a better personality, and a little more effort in appearance when she shows up to work ( maybe that'll cheer her up some) and being that it's a clothing store, no employee should be in tights and a sweater and damn sure not no over sized jacket. They offer amazing sales and take online coupons, even the retail me not coupon codes without one dirty look. Checking out is generally fast, reasonable return policy and the staff is helpful to say the least.
