But since no staff would even make eye contact, I purchased from KT's website. I'll never go there again nor will I ever recommend it. Hubby was able to spot it before me walking out of the door for total embarrassment. We were able to stitch it up as I was determined to wear this after all I bought it for that night although totally over priced for the quality. It did get plenty likable comments but all in all the quality is definitely over priced and I think I'll be very selective next time about what I get out of there as those clothes are quite pricey to have holes and poorly sewn seams and zippers. If you are going to sell clothes at high end prices the quality needs to match or just don't sell it PLEASE..... it will make you look shady AF. I can't say that I won't be back because there are nice pieces inside but I'll be looking thoroughly at the seams/ zippers/ stitch work and threading you can bet that !

My mother, my ten year old daughter and I decided to check this place out after having an early Mother's Day lunch down the street. When we walked in the door we were greeted first by a dog who barked at us. We aren't allergic and he didn't seem mean, so not that big of a deal. Then we are greeted by the owner. Seemed nice enough... Until she proceeded to follow us around the entire store as if we were questionable characters who might steal her entire store. When I say she followed us everywhere, I am not exaggerating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and highly offensive. We're not some seedy looking bunch so I'm not too sure why she felt the need to be so intrusive. We decided we'd had enough and the second we walked out. My mom and I both looked at each other and said, "Was she seriously just following us from room to room?!? How rude!" Unless or until a customer gives you reason to believe that they may be up to no good, it is completely unacceptable to treat them as suspect. And not to be rude (or of it IS rude, I frankly don't care after that experience), but there's not a single thing in that store that I would even care to have... Much less get arrested for!

You can tell she was under a ton of pressure and it showed. She was ringing people up prior to me throwing stuff around with a frowned up twisted bare blank face. Was going to let me walk out the store after spending $149 with half of a receipt and then told me I'll have to wait to the side for a new one to be printed. It took me to ask if someone was the manager to assist the dummy with printing a new one. She needs training , a better personality, and a little more effort in appearance when she shows up to work ( maybe that'll cheer her up some) and being that it's a clothing store, no employee should be in tights and a sweater and damn sure not no over sized jacket. You guys run a place of business, your employees shouldn't look like they were picked up off the street. I hate that for my black sister, we need to do better as black young adults. I got my order from the younger girl working just fine. She was polite. Meanwhile the older lady working was rude every step of the way. It was a half hour before closing when we got there. She almost immediately turned off the music and started vacuuming soon after trying to rush us out of the store. It seemed like an inconvenience for us shopping in the evening after getting off work rather than during a work day. I won't be making that mistake again. Also was told that we were going off the sale rack and all would be 25 just to be told the item picked out by my friend would be 48 instead. Overall inconsistent and while cute selection that service made me unsubscribe from everything.
