I've been to this store 3 times. The last time I went was Thursday morning (11:00 a.m.) I say this because usually people are more "bubbly" when a store has just opened, rather than at closing time. I have never been greeted by any employee. There were 2 people working there and about 3 people browsing. Every time someone walked in they were greeted kindly. I was given a LOOK -- like why are you in here? I said hello to one of the employees ( the heavier set one)-- Yet, she ignored me. I really hate to "pull this card" but, I am Latina . Every other person who walked in and was acknowledged was Anglo. Are the employees in the store racist? On the other hand, I walked into Francesca's next door, and the employee was so friendly and welcoming. She asked how my morning was going, informed me of the new pieces that had arrived, and of the sales going on. After lunch my friend and I went back in and bought some cute pieces. Customer service is sub-par for a boutique; such a small one too surprisingly. We walked in and were not greeted in any way or acknowledged. Knock-knock, anybody working?? The store also felt cramped. Only thing I liked about it was they had cute jewelry, but if I ever needed to go to Anything Bling, I'd definitely make the drive for the City Centre one as the service is 10x better and friendlier. It's much more of a pleasure shopping with better service. read more

I have been shopping here for almost 6 years. I have loved the area and this store, since you could find items that were unique and no one else had. But went in this past weekend and was treated horribly by employees. Once I was never acknowledged by any employees. When I went to pay, yes I had only sale items this time but that should not have meant i was treated differently. I said hi to the cashier, and was ignored. she said nothing to me, even spoke to others in the store. Never asked me if I found everything ok or anything. then decided to finally speak to me when she wanted to let me know i could not return my items. I love this store but half the pieces I've bought here start fraying after you wear it one time. I can understand if you're paying 10.00 a shirt but the average shirt here is 50-70.00. I paid 150.00 for a blouse and on the tag it says gentle wash not dry clean. When I pulled it out of wash two of the buttons had fallen off the first time I washed it on gentle cycle. Really annoying because I've spent a lot of money here and their clothes just do not hold up. I also bought a purse for 180.00 and a week later the stitching was falling out. They did let me exchange it for something else. The staff and owners are very nice and if you are looking for something special and unique this is the place I just wish they would find better quality vendors or lower their prices. read more

It rare I find I boutique I absolutely fall in love with, and even more rare I would categorize myself in any group of "bling" but this place is absolutely worth the drive outside the loop. (key dramatic music) I had a pilates/spin class at Define in Sugarland, and decided to stop into the Towncenter. I stumbled across Anything Bling, and immediately had about 20 items in the dressing room with me. It's a really cute mix of rodeo type wear, and boho chic, a very LA vibe mixed with Houston hip. The owner/person who does their buying some taste. Now, of course of of the stuff I make fun of my sister for wearing (rhinestone flip flops, bling bling belts-NO!) and a couple of things were over the top, but I would rock a cross necklace the size of my head for rodeo-right? The two girls who were working were super friendly, and even gave me suggestions on new things that came in, which I usually find annoying, but they were sweet. My only small complaint is that most of their clothes are for size 2-8, I a bit above that, and absolutely fell in love with a couple of pieces, but they were too tiny. (Sigh!) They have a good array of maxi dresses, bling T shirts, lace dresses, and lace tops, belts, non cheap-y jewelry, kitschy T Shirts, and sexy date night stuff. I walked away with a really beautiful, simple blue lightweight maxi for vacation, some turquiose jewelry, a sweet little LBD, and sleeveless cream tank. They also have a BOAT load of boots. Without a doubt this is THE place to hit up before the rodeo, and without a doubt I will be back. Please move inside the loop! read more

My mom went in to try clothes on. She asked for help with clothing size while she was in the dressing room and everyone working ignored her. When she got out of dressing room to find sizes herself, she asked the red haired woman to not remove the clothes in the stall. She looked at her with a very rude look, almost like saying "what???" I've tried and tried because I love fun little boutiques to find unique clothes. Four out of the five times I've been in, the ladies are too busy talking and chatting it up amongst themselves or a family friend that just happened to stop in that day to provide any type of customer service. This time they at least greeted me after I walked in, but never again was I asked about needing any help or if I was looking for anything special.... nothing! When I am in the market for unique items that are usually over priced (as is the case with most of the stuff there), I won't think twice if it's from a shop with some nice ladies who value customers. I think I'll find another place from now on. read more

Love, love, love this boutique! It's my go to place when shopping. The staff is very friendly & jump to help you locate something if you ask. They have cute, unique stuff that ranges from affordable to expensive, so regardless of budget you should have luck shopping here. They have great dresses for a more casual work environment, dressier stuff for dates or a night on the town, country girl attire, & a little bit in between! The store is run by older ladies and I felt immediately like I didn't fit in there. Still I wandered around for a bit and watched them be extremely friendly with what seemed to be repeat customers. My biggest concern is that anything I picked up I liked, they either didn't have my size (s) or it was way overpriced for the quality. I found a cotton tank top I liked, but it was $40. I ended up finding the same one on Amazon for $8.99. I can find similar items at Nordstrom for the same price, but much higher quality. Probably wouldn't go back unless I was in a pinch and needed something specific. read more
