Since Kohl's sent me a $5 birthday gift, I found a perfect excuse to shop here. I noticed this store is more fully stocked than the other stores in Houston. Cashier was the only person I interacted with. I didn't really need any help. The fitting rooms are at the women's department which took me awhile to find them. While there was not much time left to shop, I did what I could to pick up a couple of shirts. Yeah. I definitely have to come back when there is a sale.

I know it's early on a Sunday but workers should be there to work and greet customers and ask if you need any help finding items.. End of summer and I'm looking for some chino shorts...I know I probably waited too long to buy. I was expecting Kohl's to still have some but all they did have was odd colors and cargo...and the few others were under armor $$$ or $60 dress pant material. Does anyone really still wear cargo shorts? Or is that why that's all they had because no one buys cargo now.. Well guess I'll go to the Levi's outlet store at the outlet mall next door.. I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. It's always Quality over quantity when purchasing from Banana Republic, and their sister brands. No wonder why Athleta use to offer alterations, when I worked at BR, in River Oaks (Highland Village) we offered that as well. I'm sad that this classic offer has discontinued throughout the entire Athleta. The last location to end this sweet service was Rice village. I love the fabric of their pieces here. Everything feels amazing. I found out they had dress style pants in the same material and other stylish pieces. I always thought it was just yoga pants and sport tops. The service was friend from Celina, she was helpful and knowledgeable. All retail items are 20%Off from the original price. I really like that Athleta had additional 50%Off on the lowest ticket price! Just beware that they have items that are final sale. And the sales pieces won't be eligible for military discount.

It's up in Cypress in a brand new shopping mall, so it's shiny and new, but I guess one problem is that they haven't really figured out service issues yet. But when there are sales it's pretty good. When there's no sale, it's expensive, so make sure you come here when there is one.
