I finally made it to the counter only to be discriminated against by Alexis (whom I later learned was the assistant manager of the store) in favor of two Hispanic ladies, and I being a male African- American. Alexis attended to the Hispanic ladies before me despite the fact that the ladies were not in line and I protested that fact, but she just ignored me and started conversing in Spanish with one of ladies. I believe everybody deserved to be treated fairly irrespective of their race.

Based off the Google reviews, this place seemed to be popular with so many cute clothes, but when I walked in, I was not impressed. Could have just been bad timing that I walked in? From the moment my best friend and I walked in, we were immediately greeted with warmth. A special shoutout to Noemi "Mimi"--she was absolutely outstanding! From setting up a dressing room for us and checking in on us throughout our shopping to wrapping up our visit at checkout, she was so personable and friendly. We truly loved her! The store itself is wonderfully clean, organized, and filled with a great selection of truly pretty finds and incredible sales. As a side note, the dressing rooms have clean, plush carpet, which is a total must when you're stepping around barefoot while trying on clothes! Between Mimi's top-tier hospitality and all the great pieces we found, this location has earned a permanent spot on my shopping list. I'll definitely be back!

I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. Definitely moving on to all the other cute boutiques in the area

My first time visiting Athleta! I should've known I was…read moregoing to love it here, being that they are part of the Gap inc, with Banana Republic! I still wear pieces that are 16 years old! It's always Quality over quantity when purchasing from Banana Republic, and their sister brands. No wonder why Athleta use to offer alterations, when I worked at BR, in River Oaks (Highland Village) we offered that as well. I'm sad that this classic offer has discontinued throughout the entire Athleta. The last location to end this sweet service was Rice village. I love the fabric of their pieces here. Everything feels amazing. I found out they had dress style pants in the same material and other stylish pieces. I always thought it was just yoga pants and sport tops. The service was friend from Celina, she was helpful and knowledgeable. All retail items are 20%Off from the original price. I really like that Athleta had additional 50%Off on the lowest ticket price! Just beware that they have items that are final sale. And the sales pieces won't be eligible for military discount.

I visited the Cypress Round Top Collection location today, and unfortunately, this was another…read moredisappointing customer service experience. From past visits, I would describe the customer service at this location as hit or miss, but today was particularly frustrating. While shopping, I noticed a sign at the counter mentioning a birthday month reward. Since my birthday was last month, I asked how customers are notified about the reward. I was told that they do not send emails and that the program is "like Kendra Scott." Unfortunately, that comparison really doesn't hold up. Kendra Scott sends multiple emails and reminders before, during, and even toward the end of your birthday month so customers have an opportunity to actually use their birthday benefits. Those reminders were so helpful that I was able to use two of my three birthday offers with them this year. I explained that I had never been made aware of Round Top Collection's birthday reward and asked if there was any way it could still be honored since my birthday had just passed. I was simply told no. There was no attempt to explain the policy further, offer an alternative, or even make me feel as though my business was valued. Beyond the birthday reward, the overall interaction was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked questions about particular items, and I left feeling like my presence and my business were more of an inconvenience than something appreciated. The birthday reward itself is not what will keep me from returning to this location--the lack of customer service will. After another unfavorable experience at the Cypress location, I will be looking for another Round Top Collection location for future purchases.

11.2.23 I have never been in here before…read more WOW, there was a ton of cute, cute Christmas decorations. I knew when I walked in I was going to love a lot of stuff in here. I did not buy any Christmas decorations today but I might come back for a few items. The ladies working inside were very helpful and friendly. They also have a rewards program. It is free to sign up.
