Gosh. I have tried multiple times to shop here. And sometimes they have really cute items. I want to be able to support local... but, the customer service is just awful. I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. I'm giving this place 4 stars simply because of the lack of friendliness. I am all about supporting small businesses, just make sure you're worth being supported. Never forget where you come from. Now that I've got that out of the way, you will find a ton of precious outfits here. The price range is typically between 40-80 for a blouse/shirt, jeans (not on sale) are 70+, and dresses start around 60. Extremely high class and FUN outfits. You can find anything from your birthday/rodeo/holidays/vacas here. They have cute accessories as well. It's a convenient location, I'd just work on improving the dressing rooms because it's not 100% privacy. read more

I've walked passed Anything Bling for years and just this weekend I finally walked in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they carry more than just blinged-out clothing and accessories. Their merchandise is trendy, chic, classy, and appropriate for the season. Boutique shops usually offer more than just the material things ... it's their sales associates that really help customers with their purchases. That's not really the case at this location. I wasn't greeted upon walking in, had to initiate conversation with a sales worker in order to even clarify she worked there, and wasn't asked if I needed help until about ten minutes before they closed. I had several pieces to try on in the dressing room and all of a sudden sales associates were interested in helping me find the right size. It was a bit obnoxious, but I found the perfect brunch dress on my own, for a decent price, so I bought it. Go in expecting to be your own helper in finding things. The stuff they carry is super cute and moderately priced (mostly). The return policy is tight as well (7 days to exchange, no returns), but if you're looking for something trendy and don't want to drive to the outlets, make a quick pit stop here. read more

This is by far my favorite store! I started going a few years ago, eventually got the hang of when the new arrivals came in. :) I am there pretty much 2x a week to view the newest items. I spend at least 30 min to an hour each time. Everybody knows me by name, and greets me as soon as I walk in! It's my home away from home! The clothes are simply adorable, and I am not 20 something, rather 50 something. Obviously not all items are for me, but the staff know my taste, my size, and when I am there they bring me everything they know I will want to try on. I feel like I have my own personal shoppers. My wardrobe is now the envy of all my friends and coworkers... Gosh how did I ever make it without this place???? read more

They are very friendly but do gossip and do a lot of uncomfortable talking that you can't help but hear because the store is not that big. Not only is this place is overpriced, I specifically asked the return policy on a dress I purchased and they said I could exchange it in 14 days or get store credit and when I returned in 6 days to return it the manager denied and said it says it on the receipt. The Cypress location is night and day from the vintage store. I wish the owner would read all these reviews on both . I've never been treated bad at the cypress store. Lovely people. I would say 60% of the time that I walk into this store I come out with something. However, I have taken my business to Rainey Street boutique and others in the area because I am baffled by the customer service at this store. The woman in charge as well as her staff are nothing short of rude. I almost wonder if they are trained to not greet guests. It's like you are bothering them by coming in. I typically spend between $80-$150 per monthly trip to a boutique but their lack of acknowledgment towards all customers and gossiping amongst staff instead of greeting customers is a huge turnoff. I was so pleased to find this boutique! I was a bit apprehensive about finding something that would look good, given I had recently had surgery & my stomach protruded a bit. This is such a fun boutique, and the employees are so sweet, attentive and always so helpful! I recommend this boutique if you want something casual and chic, or classy but fancy, they have it all. Buyer beware. I was very aware of their strict 7 Day return policy. That had not been a issue for me as I return purchases very rarely. Recently I purchased a thin, silky blouse to wear to a dinner on vacation and the stitching came undone on the sleeve. The sleeve was coming apart from the body of the top. I had purchased it oversized so size was not an issue, the stitching was. All of this to say that when I went to return it and was several days outside of their 7 Day return policy, I was spoken to so rudely by the manager that I left the store shaken and in tears with my blouse. I stayed very calm and quiet and she worked herself up over the issue. There were a lot of rude things said to me such as the blouse was not ripped when you purchased it. By the way, she could not see the blouse because she was not in the store. She had a very young employee who had to keep running to the back to talk to her on the phone and then eventually put me on the phone with her. It felt like a lot of drama and very humiliating at the checkout counter around other people. She raised her voice and said in a very ugly way that she will do this for me this one time but she just can't ever do it again and that I will have to purchase something in the store. She was very angry. Not like she had just come to a business decision which is what I was expecting, but rather as if we we're enemies. Very ugly. I felt like I was being forced into a fight that I did not want to have , so I just got quiet. It was pretty odd. I couldn't even listen to her anymore so I handed the phone back to the young girl who ended up having to go to the back again to talk to her. Frankly her tone was as if she was talking to a teenager who had vandalized her house, not a 48 year-old working mother who is a good customer. Was a good customer... Pleasantly surprised to find this little gem in a Target parking lot off Hwy. 290. The name itself is a turnoff and I was thinking I was going to walk into rhinestone heaven, but thankfully I heard about this from a friend and finally checked it out after Target. Feels like a mix of Free People and Anthropologie. Quality fabric and fair prices. For once, everything wasn't that cheap polyester you find in every boutique these days. My 18 year old bought a cute black romper. Lots of lace and cream or black colors. Even the dressing rooms have a gorgeous fabric covering them. Sort of a romantic feel. read more

The lady behind the counter said that because of theft during the holidays they put a deadline for returns. The item was never worn and the tags were still on it.
