Of all of the boutiques I have visited in the area this is by far the best one. Everything about this boutique surpassed my expectations. If you shop online at stores like Fashion Nova or Pretty Little Thing, this is definitely a great place for you to shop. She has clothes to fit almost any style, or occasion, the shoes are to die for, and the quality of everything was beyond what I expected. The owner provided excellent customer service and was so sweet and helpful, letting me know about which items were on sale and that if I return and the item I'm looking for is no longer available she assured me she would be able to get it. What I enjoyed most about my shopping trip today was that she followed up with me, but allowed me to continue shopping and she asked me if I needed help and she continued to help me throughout my excursion. She was likely one of the most helpful sales assistants I've had in a long time. We shopped for items not only for myself but also for my home and my son's this was a wonderful experience. I got several great items from your sale racks. My overall experience was great. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the store. I will definitely make sure to shop with her again. I've visited this store several times before. Today while I was in a dressing room with my two kids trying on clothes, I happened to look up and noticed what appeared to be a clear view of a security camera from the dressing room. Because I could see it so clearly, I became concerned that it might also be able to see into the room. When I came out, I asked a floor associate if she knew whether the camera could see into the dressing room. She seemed unsure so I asked if I could speak with a manager. After a few minutes, a female manager came over and immediately spoke to me in a very dismissive tone. I explained that I was simply concerned and wanted reassurance. She told me the camera wasn't pointed toward the dressing room, but for my own peace of mind I asked if I could see the camera footage. She agreed and walked us to the back where the security monitors were. The entire walk back her tone felt irritated and sarcastic, and at one point she stopped in her tracks, turned around, looked me up and down, and said, "Trust me, we aren't secretly trying to record you." That comment felt unnecessary and honestly pretty insulting considering I was just asking a question about privacy. When we reached the camera room, a male associate was sitting there and pulled up the camera feed. It did not show inside the dressing room, which was a huge relief. However, when I asked whether the camera could move, I was given mixed answers. first that it couldn't turn at all and could only zoom but then it moved slightly toward the dressing room when the male associate demonstrated the zoom. Which I called that out, they said "that's as far as it goes." So which is it? Doesn't move at all? Or only "some" as stated by the male associate?? At that point, the tension in the room was obvious with the way the female manager continued to passive aggressively answer my questions so I said thank you and have a great day and left. I walked out feeling frustrated and honestly defeated by the way I had been spoken to, especially when I was just genuinely concerned about privacy while in a dressing room with my children. My concern was never about getting anything out of the situation. I wasn't asking for a discount or complaining about the store itself. I was simply a mom in a dressing room with her kids who wanted reassurance about privacy. The way I was spoken to by the manager (who I won't name, though she will likely know who she is) felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Everyone has bad days and I truly hope that was the case here. I've worked retail myself, so I understand that it can be frustrating at times. But this situation didn't call for that kind of attitude. When customers raise genuine concerns ESPECIALLY ABOUT PRIVACY they deserve to be treated with respect. When she turned around to make that comment to me about not secretly recording I expressed that I hoped she can prove me wrong because I was nervous and uncomfortable about the whole situation. Her response was, "Don't worry, I will prove you wrong," in a tone that felt more confrontational than reassuring. I wish this store the best, but if this is how customer concerns are handled especially by management, it's something that should seriously be addressed.

I get that in retail you're supposed to be "cautious" but having employees follow new customers when the store is empty to follow us around when we haven't done anything wrong or hint that we might steal is straight up wrong. Not to mention that there was plenty of cameras in the store and that if we were going to steal (which we weren't) they could've checked them. My daughter wasn't sure what style she wanted and the owners were so sweet and patient, pulling different styles, making suggestions, looking up what was possible to order, and encouraging her to keep trying on until she found "the one".
