It's up in Cypress in a brand new shopping mall, so it's shiny and new, but I guess one problem is that they haven't really figured out service issues yet. But when there are sales it's pretty good. When there's no sale, it's expensive, so make sure you come here when there is one.

Since Kohl's sent me a $5 birthday gift, I found a perfect excuse to shop here. I noticed this store is more fully stocked than the other stores in Houston. Cashier was the only person I interacted with. I didn't really need any help. The fitting rooms are at the women's department which took me awhile to find them. While there was not much time left to shop, I did what I could to pick up a couple of shirts. Yeah. I definitely have to come back when there is a sale.

I know it's early on a Sunday but workers should be there to work and greet customers and ask if you need any help finding items.. End of summer and I'm looking for some chino shorts...I know I probably waited too long to buy. I was expecting Kohl's to still have some but all they did have was odd colors and cargo...and the few others were under armor $$$ or $60 dress pant material. After the lunch, each veteran was given Magnolia Gardens auction bucks to bid on items from furniture, clothing, appliances, and miscellaneous items. She made it fun! They had so much fun and seeing the joy on their faces for being invited to this special day for them meant so much! As a volunteer, it meant a lot to my husband and to me. They were continually thanked for their service and we all received many hugs of appreciation when they were leaving. Her auctions are also fun! She offers unique furniture, antiques, clothing, outside furniture, jewelry and so many treasures. I highly recommend this business. The heart of this business is Tina Murphy, because she cares about others!

Over $4,000 Down the Drain - Don't Waste Your Money We…read morebought a couch from Rooms to Go in Cypress, TX for over $4,000 -- and the only reason we chose it was because it had heat and massage features. Now, those features are broken and we were just told they don't make the parts anymore. Seriously? Instead of standing behind their product, they told us we had to come in and "make a reselection." That's not a solution when there's nothing in the store we want -- especially nothing comparable to what we paid for. We asked for a refund and were flat-out denied. Hellen, the manager on duty in Conroe, just said it was out of her control. Well, who is in control then? Because someone needs to take responsibility for selling high-dollar furniture with zero long-term support. She said we would need to reach back out to customer service to resolve anything. For a company this size, it's unbelievable how little they care once they have your money. We won't be back -- and we suggest you think twice before handing over yours

We enjoyed this Furniture very much for about 11 months and then the wood frame cracked on the loveseat. Rooms To Go sent a repair person who placed repair order for parts after examining it. But then we got a call from Rooms To Go saying that they would just replace the whole loveseat with a brand new one. Very cool! They just installed the new loveseat a few minutes ago and it looks great. We also have an extended warranty that extends a few years beyond the initial 12 month R2Go warranty through their third-party warranty service, Kudos to Rooms To Go for taking care of their customers
