I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. Definitely moving on to all the other cute boutiques in the area

I was in a bit of a rush to get to spin class so I don't get much time to look but they have some really cute dresses at VERY reasonable prices. I would just say the selection wasn't as large as i expected and I felt being in my 30s the style was a little young for me. The shop does not face the street so it can be difficult to find. I will go back to see their selection when I get more time to try and look. Check it out!

To all the Fashionistas out in Houston, let me tell you about the this little boutique in cypress. Next time you are on your way out to the outlet malls on 290, do yourself a favor and go ahead and take the Barker Cypress exit and drop by this little gem of a store. Suburban Girl is one of my favorite little boutiques that I have found since my days being in San Francisco. NOTE: (( or for all you inner loopers (insert: my sister here) who heaven forbid you step outside the loop go ahead, grab yourself a coffee and take a mini road trip)), 1. Merchandise galor: dresses, shirts, hats, jeans, scarves, picture frames, jewelry, bags, boots, magnets, bottle stoppers, home decor the list can go on and on and on........ 2. Casual Eclectic style: ( For those of you who are more classic than eclectic...dont think they dont have stuff for you either) This store is constantly getting new merchandise and the owner makes it a point to order a limited amount of each style so that your chance of running into your own episode of "who wore it best" is slim to none. ( Let's face it, we have ALL been there, done that and hope and pray that it doesnt happen again.) 3. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name: (Not kidding about this one..I'm a regular, and I am sure they would learn your name also if you drop by enough) I drop by the store about every other week to browse and see whats new plus as a bonus when I am on the road ( I travel ALOT on business) the owner also puts pictures on their facebook of the latest shipments so you can see what is new plus if there is something you are dying to have you can message her on facebook and she will hold it for you for a few hours so you can get in and try it on! 4. Prices: Great Prices..Dresses can range from 60 to 150 just to give you an idea 3. Friendly Staff: very warm and welcoming staff and ready to help you with any questions you may have, really easy going ladies. 4. Small Local Business: Supporting your local businesses is just good karma.

I went into the store recently and there were not that many clothing options. The store was extremely humid and it felt like there was not air conditioning running. Walked in and was greeted. Based off the Google reviews, this place seemed to be popular with so many cute clothes, but when I walked in, I was not impressed. Could have just been bad timing that I walked in? Giving this place 4 stars because it has the potential to be a great boutique and the girl that greeted me was nice.
