Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.

We loved it at first until the one of the lift brackets collapsed and the screws fell out when we lifted for a friend on the third time. I made a claim on October 3 which was all an animated virtual service agent, which I hated. I went through the process they needed. By the way, there are no courtesy calls, and they think that we all sit by our phones waiting for emails which never happen. I had the difficult task of researching online to find their customer service email customerservice@ashleytdg.ca because they were dragging their feet on replacing it. I emailed them on October 12, 2025, and even cc'd the salesman, Shayne Griffin. Who I called earlier to inform him, and he said he would check with his manager. Never heard back from him or the manager of the store. When I emailed them to inform them of my experience and asked for a refund. On October 15, I finally received an email from customer service not a courtesy call that they were going to replace the table. By the way, they told me I could not get a refund which was not true and not stated in their contract. It does say no refunds on things purchased off the floor, picked up, clearance items or special orders. None of the this applied to what we purchased. The table was finally delivered on October 16 and now I pray that I do NOT have to go through this horrible experience again. I will never ever buy from this company again.

The recliner does not operate correctly, works unevenly, and the cushion has already sunk in--making it uncomfortable and look worn almost immediately. I have had two technician visits, and the issue is still not resolved. I've spent a significant amount of time communicating with customer service, but nothing has been fixed--just repeated promises and more scheduling. At this point, I am simply asking for a replacement or refund. I will update this review if the company makes this right.
