Almost 6 months ago I wrote an update.... and at the end of the update I said "I wouldn't be…read moresurprised if the next time we do go, its the going-out-of-business sale" Sadly, I was right. I'm not surprised, though, because this location was definitely starting to look like nothing nice was coming in. At first, I thought they were trying to go for a more mature crowd. Then the google reviews were starting to claim that the store was looking more and more empty. It had a good run about 4 years ago I do admit. There was really nice clothes for everyone. Now its a ghost town. Pick up what you can while you still can.

I have always loved coming to the store in years past to find designer brands not sold elsewhere. I don't remember being so rudely treated. I understand it's right before Christmas, but there was hardly anyone in the store maybe 6 to 10 other customers. My husband asked to see the watches and couldn't get more than a nonresponsive head nod from young female cashier behind the main register. So he asked again and finally was helped by a very kind young Hispanic male gentleman who also checked us out. Separately while he was looking at watches, I had literally just tried on a dress, and asked a different sales associate, at the opposite main counter in front of the ladies dressing room if they had different sizes in Siena black with ruffles. She said she had never heard of that brand or a name that sounded similar. I told her I literally just tried it on, and she looked at me like I had two heads and said well if you can find it and stalked off. I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. And now in our professional jobs or in the past would never treat someone like this. In a matter of 15-20 minutes I was so put off by humanity. It's awful that this is the only local off saks store. But I'll be sure if I ever need anything never to come back to the store. i'll be doing all my shopping online if at all from saks or off saks

They consistently offer high…read morequality clothing at reasonable prices, and I've always been impressed by how well their basics hold up over time. Before Houston opened their two Uniqlo locations, we would make it a point to shop there whenever we visited New York, Florida and California, so I'm really glad they finally opened two locations here. Their sales are always worth checking out, and I've found some great deals over the years. The checkout process is also incredibly easy and efficient. I think it's so cool that you just place your items in the bin and have the total calculated automatically without scanning anything. Definitely bring your own bag though! They charge for paper bags, but they do sell cloth reusable bags, too!

Oh and by the clothes. Everything looks like it was amazing quality , I wish I could have purchased something except I wouldn't have enough room in my suitcase to bring it back home! We originally came here to check out the t-shirts. I love how one article of clothing comes in multiple colors. Oh, and did I mention I love how everything is organized!? The men's, women's, kid's, babies... Everything was just easy to find and select from. Shout out to the staff as they definitely do a great job maintaining. Would I return? Absolutely ! Next time I'm in town. I will be here and make room in my suitcase to take back with me

I didn't see anything at this location that I had to have, but found good finds for the baby. Off to another location to find anything else I don't need.

Sugarland Town Center Location- Disappointing service and staffing concerns…read more I spent a good hour at this location looking for clothes for my 5-year-old. My 14-year-old asked why we didn't go to the one in Katy off 1093, and I now understand why. - The cashier was reluctant to tell me where the bathroom was, and the security staff directed me instead. I appreciate the help from security, but the mixed signals were frustrating. - my merchandise was nearly $300, I was asked by the cashier to help remove hangers from the clothing. While I understand the need to manage stock, this request felt audacious and inappropriate, especially given the volume I was purchasing. - The overall tone and demeanor of the cashier came across as unkind and the experience seemed hampered by being short-staffed. It gave the impression that assistance was treated as mandatory rather than optional or customer-service oriented. Even when I asked is this usual to have the customer take the hangers off. He said yes it's usual to ask. I said "I see" Impac: - I left feeling disappointed rather than satisfied with my purchases for my child. I almost want to return everything. - I intend to escalate this feedback to corporate to ensure improvements in staff conduct, guidance for bathroom location, and overall customer service. Very disappointing. Nordstrom Rack next door gave better quality. And the bathrooms are clean. The bathrooms at this location looked like a gas station in west bubble.

The Victoria's Secret in Sugar Land is a little hard to access inside the mall and we had to walk quite a while, and with Barbie's heels and it was a little bit annoying for her. Having said that we had fun and Barbie looked good as always. Once inside, she found a couple of things that she wanted, although they didn't have as much of an extensive selection of some of the other VS stories. Barbie says: VS stands for Very Sexy, obviously! VS has great collections, like Pink and VSX and beauty. The Pink clothes are super cute. VSX has really stylish durable workout leggings and tops. VS makes awesome body sprays and lip glosses and bags. My favorite is their free tote bags. I always find something nice here. And... If it's a stolen car ring, it's VIN number's Secret. If it's run by a smart person who rules high school with their geekiness, it's Valedictorian's Secret. And if it's full of cholesterol, close to the Aorta, and about to give you a heart attack, it's Ventricle's Secret.
