I went in for a new sim card but found this place to be completely incompetent, useless, rude and very slow. The man who works there who wears a face mask was very rude and unhelpful. I came into this location because I was trying to switch over billing responsibilities for my line from my mom to me. After attempting online and over the phone, I was told to go to this specific store as it is a "corporate location." The manager of this store was very abrasive as soon as I walked in. I told her what I was trying to accomplish, and she told me that I have to do it online. I tried to explain that I had already tried this and when I called att over the phone, they put a contact note into my account for this specific store to look at. I asked her if she would please look at my account and the notes that had been put in. She did not listen. I asked if I could speak to someone else or another manager because I didn't feel like I was getting the help that I needed. She called over someone else and said, "she would like to speak to someone else because we got off on the wrong foot and she is very irritated." Even so, my situation seemed more complicated than the staff was trained to deal with. I don't think this is a lack of competency in the staff, but rather a lack of the necessary training needed to help individuals such as myself who are directed to corporate locations to help with more complicated situations. It's upsetting to me that I was told to go to a corporate location and the staff didn't have the tools needed to help me with what I was specifically directed to this store to be helped with. Now, everything is even more messed up than it was before. TDLR, rude manager and a lack of training from staff members. I went in a few days ago because my phone needed a SIM card. I waited about 15 minutes and a salesman asked me if I needed help. I told him I needed a SIM card which btw is free .. but in order to get a SIM card the acct holder( my husband) had to come in and get it. If I show you my license and it matches the account holder's address and I tell you his name why can I not get a SIM card? Then he told me it's better if I make an appointment to come in and get the SIM card.. so my husband has to come in on another day and make an appointment to get a SIM card which should take about 2 minutes to give me? I will be writing a letter to corporate. Don't waste your time here, there are at least a hundred other places to go. They want to give you the run around and waste your time for something that costs them nothing except another customer. read more

I walked in three minutes after they opened and looked around for a kiosk or machine to pay my bill at. The store was silent even though there were at least six other people in the room, some I'm assuming were employees although no one greeted me or even looked up when I walked in so I have no idea who worked there and who didn't. When I didn't see a self-service machine, I sat down and waited for ten minutes before someone came over to me to get my name. Not to ask what brought me in and let me know my payment options, but just to take my name down. After another fifteen minutes passed with no help in sight, I left. I had a very positive experience at this location but let me preface this with it was on a Sunday and I arrived at the store 20 minutes after it opened and it was PACKED. As one would expect, I had to wait about 20 minutes before an associate was available. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a brand new LG optimus G four days ago. Last night I was surfing the web and felt popping in the back of the phone the new "gorilla glass" on this phone is a POS, anyways turned out the glass back had cracked from the inside keep in mind INSIDE. There was no visible indication of the phone having impact. So I figured, hey no biggie I'm sure they'll help me out here. WRONG! We were greeted at the door by the manager Eric, we told him our disposition he immediately said he cannot do anything that it was physical damage and repeated this about seven times. He wouldn't look at the phone, pull up my information, or call anyone to see if there was anything at all he could do. To make it worse all the employees were hovering over us like we were their entertainment for the morning instead of doing their jobs. The manager Eric told us anywhere we went or called we would get the same answer. He was rude, unhelpful, and was not representing his store with the kind of respect he should as a manager. ANYWHO! Guess what Eric?! We called AT&T and I am getting a brand new phone! A completely different phone at that since I don't trust this LG POS. I've been coming here for the past 10 years and service has declined a lot. I had the worst customer service ever 2 months ago. I had to get my voicemail fixed. Two workers that were clearly not busy (and the only available to help) just ignored me for about 5/10 minutes. The person who eventually helped me out was very apathetic during the whole time I was there. He seemed to not really care what he was doing. He fixed part of the problem, but told me to go to Apple to fix the rest (and said that only Apple could solve the problem, even though I made sure to ask if they really couldn't solve it). I have tried getting help from Apple, but they send me back to AT&T each time. The worker clearly didn't care to fully help me and send me to Apple as an excuse to not help. AT&T should make sure to provide better customer care. I don't recommend this place. read more

Back again. Very long wait despite it being slow. Staff is very leisurely don't seem to be ina hurry to help anyone. Feel like everything is moving in slow motion. I had a phone stolen and couldn't get anywhere over the phone so I came in because I thought it would be faster than calling which had been a nightmare. I've been here for over an hour and talked to one person briefly just to check in. It took 10 minutes just to for someone to check me in. At some points I look around and there is literally no one that works at the store in the show room. The whole setup here is more worried about being trendy than functional. The prices are high for everything. The accessories here are double than on amazon. The phones are cheaper at apple. I really wish someone would help me I might be here all day approaching the two hour mark now. Bad experience. Think I'll be switching when my contract is up the customer service over the phone and online are equally terrible. read more

The worst service ever! After a long chat online, I was assured I would have a quick appointment, just to return my trade-in phone. I spent 40 minutes at the store, first with well-meaning person who couldn't print label without manager's approval. Then manager yelled at me and the guy next to me, telling us both he was busy on his computer. I finally received my mailing label with his reprimand that he was doing me a favor. To my surprise they had zero sympathy, lied to me saying if I make a payment they will have more options. I had just bought my phone 10 days ago and had a problem with it. When I had entered the store I was already on the phone with customer service. The representative who greeted me at the door was not very helpful at all. I was told that I had to wait till Tuesday to get a warranty phone but he never once checked my account to verify that it was a business account and the phone was under the 14 day return policy...then he told me that it would be up to the manager discretion of it could get it exchanged...I never once talk to the manager at all. He told me that the manager said no..I told him that my company would take our business elsewhere.. He didn't care and I an very dissatisfied with this location. Complete disaster. I was attempting to add a line to my account, which should be simple and everyone had a different answer on what I can and cannot do as an authorized user. So much crap. The story changed with every sales person. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.
