    My appt was at 2, I got there right at 2. I was in and out at 2:30. Literally. David was amazing. He helped me fixed my laptop and even tried cleaning it. He said it would need to be deep cleaned and I can bring it back anytime to get it cleaned. He was so helpful.

    Decided it was time to replace the phone after 3 yrs. I have to confess one the main reasons was the camera on the iPhone 11 which truly does not match that of the improvements of the iPhone 14 Pro. One feature that is definitely great to work with is the cinematic recording as opposed to the normal setting. Normal recording seems to take note and encompass everything captures, where as the Cinematic recording tends to focus on a single point. Either way HD of 39 or 60 is phenomenal. Now back to store, the feeling interning the store is much like allow me to help you and I will. Very well lit, so you can't be grumpy in here. The agent I worked with was very attentive and patient. I ordered the phone before arriving, however realized that it was not completed out before, I left home. I got distracted!!! Nevertheless, whipped out the old iPhone 11 and completed the task. A few minutes later I was out the door with the package in hand. So, until the next one, Bye Bye!

    Pros -convenient location comfortable to wait in the mall…read morewhile they fix -willing to negotiate pricing - good affordable accessories cons - services May take longer than quoted understandable if you want it done right but you must update Costumer with text to active number like they could of text me but instead when we came to pay and pick up they said 10 more mins and it was 40 or something. - replacement parts may not be new and may not work; " that's not good". - no warranty was discussed that's horrible ok my partner and I swung by Baybrook to get the phone fixed The issues was cracked screen and camera . The shop told us 30 mins it took over 1 hour almost 2. They had us wait that long and the replaced part didn't work correctly so we had to wait additional time for them to put in old part We asked for $10 off $55 for the screen which was $45 he only did $5 off for us waiting that long and not fixing the phone correctly we was mad to say the least $50 bucks. He quoted us to much initially in the first place he wanted to charge $65. The fix charges $55 and allows you to know if they have your part in stock immediately I recommend them even though it was devastating to find out they did not have the part either. I definitely recommend them Over this place because they for sure advertise a warranty. So the mission is not accomplished at this time lol. We barely had time to exercise and take our son to the amusement park like we planned he wasn't able to ride many rides because our whole schedule was messed up we needed that hour. I don't like writing 3 star and under review I don't I just want them to improve service. constructive feedback for company -repair tickets should be given and asked for during pickup (what if I tell my friend/enemy details about my phone and they pick it up well they may know my password etc then boom they have a phone for $50) - active number should be taken by company to give repair updates Via text ( to allow the customer to manage their time better I shouldn't have to walk to check on phone every 30 mins ) -Warranties should be discussed (I still do not know if we have a warranty I guess I don't ) -all replacement parts should be working (test Your parts and make sure you have the part before agreeing to even do the phone) -And finally better time estimates should be made (tell me up to 2 hours not 30minsto allow the customer to manage their time better )

    My computer completely crashed on me. I am not a computer genius but I can utilize the basics with…read moretroubleshooting etc. I am quite efficient on the office suite of products. I use this computer for my business and all of my files and documents I use to manage this business are now locked out to me on this computer that would not boot. I am not a big business supporter. So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product. He is honest, quick, knowledgeable and has earned any repeat business I may ever need in the future. I am so glad I called and made the decision to use his business. 11 stars from me.
