    My first impression when I bought the Apple AirPods Pro (2nd gen) was that they look sleek and…read morepremium from the moment they came out of the case. It was so easy to configure, and my iPhone recognized them immediately, so it was smooth. They were actually the noise-cancellation, convenience thing that I was looking for, so I purchased them. They have definitely met my expectations. All the staff at this location was so patient and helpful and did not just focus on upselling me to the newest item. I appreciate that many of these features are active noise cancellation. And when I'm at the gym or at work, they filter out most of the background noise that threatens to get in the way. That transparency mode is neat because when I need to, I still get to hear conversations clearly. Whereas sound quality is solid and clean, bass is steady but soft enough not to scare people off, battery life has also been solid: I can use them for hours without worrying about charging. Quality, comfort, performance; that is the worth of what I paid now. Advantages are clear connections, good sound quality and the portability needed. However, to others I can say they might see this as being on the higher price side. Disadvantages might include its price and the fact that they are small enough to easily be misplaced. This is mostly where I would give them a rating of 4.5/5 stars. I consider them beneficial to my lifestyle so I would buy again. And I want to recommend them to consumers who love Apple products, who work out regularly, who travel, and who need noise suppression to concentrate. But those are good enough to warrant it is worth the price if you want top wireless earbuds and are looking for high-end earbuds.

    It wasn't the Baybrook location there's just no other way to Yelp Apple support they stated to be…read morethe middle guy I have charges on my account that are not on an active list on an inactive list that I have done their process and cancelled them all notified them since November there's a problem they steadily keep coming out of my account now I cannot because I had to remove my credit card for safety reasons I had to try to download an app and I can't even do that on my phone with Wi-Fi with phone service can't download an app on my phone and when I'm paid in full for my iCloud and my iTunes and her answer was let me tell you why this is happening and what we're not gonna do and what we can't do we can't give a refund when it's their mistake it's their mistake they just hide behind a wall of excuses and I have to keep paying the bill over $100 worth of charges since November and they keep coming out when they are cancelled. They keep automatically renewing when they have been cancelled. They are on the inactive list they are not on the active list and I am paid in full. I am so fed up with Apple. I've been owner since iPhone 4. I have a 16 pro Max and I am fed up with their responsive. We can't give you a refund. It's not our fault. We're the third party. We're the middle guy. No, you're not. You sold me the phone you make it mandatory. I have to have an iCloud down there you make it mandatory. I have to download your apps in my home on my television and on my phone you are responsible not me when I do due diligence.     Pros -convenient location comfortable to wait in the mall…read morewhile they fix -willing to negotiate pricing - good affordable accessories cons - services May take longer than quoted understandable if you want it done right but you must update Costumer with text to active number like they could of text me but instead when we came to pay and pick up they said 10 more mins and it was 40 or something. - replacement parts may not be new and may not work; " that's not good". - no warranty was discussed that's horrible ok my partner and I swung by Baybrook to get the phone fixed The issues was cracked screen and camera . The shop told us 30 mins it took over 1 hour almost 2. They had us wait that long and the replaced part didn't work correctly so we had to wait additional time for them to put in old part We asked for $10 off $55 for the screen which was $45 he only did $5 off for us waiting that long and not fixing the phone correctly we was mad to say the least $50 bucks. He quoted us to much initially in the first place he wanted to charge $65. The fix charges $55 and allows you to know if they have your part in stock immediately I recommend them even though it was devastating to find out they did not have the part either. I definitely recommend them Over this place because they for sure advertise a warranty. So the mission is not accomplished at this time lol. We barely had time to exercise and take our son to the amusement park like we planned he wasn't able to ride many rides because our whole schedule was messed up we needed that hour. I don't like writing 3 star and under review I don't I just want them to improve service. constructive feedback for company -repair tickets should be given and asked for during pickup (what if I tell my friend/enemy details about my phone and they pick it up well they may know my password etc then boom they have a phone for $50) - active number should be taken by company to give repair updates Via text ( to allow the customer to manage their time better I shouldn't have to walk to check on phone every 30 mins ) -Warranties should be discussed (I still do not know if we have a warranty I guess I don't ) -all replacement parts should be working (test Your parts and make sure you have the part before agreeing to even do the phone) -And finally better time estimates should be made (tell me up to 2 hours not 30minsto allow the customer to manage their time better )
