She asked to see our phone, she went through all the settings, and had it back to normal in less than 15 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. I want to Tmobile to get some assistance with rebate. I was sent here by a representative (over the phone) after she was unable to help me. When we got to the store we were told they couldn't help us. They also lied about the amount of the rebate. The first person we talked to said she would go get her manager and pointed at the manager. Then the two disappeared in the back. When they came back out they both told us that the manager was gone and wouldn't be back for an hour. They were unhelpful and rude. read more

My friend wanted to change phone companies. I saw that this location had good ratings and was close to us, so we went a few minutes before opening on a Sunday to be the first in line. We were assisted by Austin, a young and friendly gentleman. He was very patient as he listed to my friend -- a person with whom great patience is needed. I had to catch a flight out of town, so we were pressed for time. Austin explained the options to my friend and took care of switching the phone to T-Mobile. My friend also got a new phone in the deal, which he took with him to be activated at a future time. I recently switched to T-Mobile myself and have been very happy with the service we have received. She told us we had to order our phones because they were not in store and they were going to be shipped in two days the (colors we wanted 3 iPhone 16 because they had none available in store) and were ordered BEFORE WE LEFT THE FUCKING STORE ALL THREE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE CONFIRMED FOR DELIVERY IN TWO DAYS but magically two days later when we come to pick up the phones and transfer everything only two of the three were available and didn't even call to tell us that one of the colors we wanted was magically unavailable then when we changed our minds and didn't want third phone it was all of the sudden available for delivery NEXT DAY! Not to mention every time she gave us a number for how much it would cost it got more and more expensive and just kept saying I did the math wrong so what started as a 473$ down payment turned into 1,243 down payment after we signed the contract and started the iCloud transfer Veronica has made this whole experience ABSOLUTELY SHIT! If she Is not fired or held accountable for her shitty services I will be raising hell in more ways than just a review. Store was very clean and professional looking, everyone was being helped or at least addressed when they walked in. read more

If I could give this location a 0, I would. I have never come into this store and had a pleasant experience. Trying to simply switch out a faulty modem is a nightmare as is everything else with this store and it's considered a corporate location. Total nightmare.
