Every visit to this location seems to turn into an argument. They consistently fail to stock the current ZAGG screen-protection products for Apple devices. More than once, they've tried to install a previous-generation product that doesn't fit properly, or attempted to charge me more just to get the correct product. The most frustrating part is dealing with warranty replacements. Instead of simply honoring ZAGG's standard warranty, it feels like you have to fight with them every single time. A straightforward warranty replacement becomes an unnecessary hassle. I'm done dealing with this location. I now have to go directly through the ZAGG website just to get the warranty honored properly. Avoid this place if you can. A screen protector replacement should not be this difficult. read more

I purchased screen protectors for both my phone and watch. I have been waiting for over two months to get a replacement protector for my phone. The one for my watch started to bubble after the second day... now they don't have the replacement for the watch. Horrible service and product. I would highly recommend anyone stay away from this business. You're better off buying something off Amazon. read more

Albert, I had a replacement screen from Zagg with me at your kiosk. It was sent to replace a defective design Zagg had for the Samsung Galaxy 7. The crack in my screen was because of the design flaw not because of damage I caused. The replacement was the new design that was supposed to fix Zaggs bad design. It is a scam when you want me to pay to fix a flaw in the product you sold me. Hence the post. read more

Complete ripoff. They say there is a lifetime warranty on the $10 clear cover, yet there is a $10 installation charge if it needs to be replaced. Hmmm. So it's not free like they claimed? I went for a replacement, they said it's a $10 installation charge. I said "ok I'll install it myself". She says "oh well it's still $10". Seriously? I threw it in the trash and ordered 3 screen protectors on amazon for 9.99. read more

I had my iPhone protected with ZAGG from the Baybrook location. I shopped around at different phone protection companies and found this ZAGG location to have not only the BEST price but the BEST service. It made the differentiating factor to have the 30 day defect guarantee and the 7 day install guarantee. The installer was also really courteous and answered all billion questions I had and didn't even bat an eye! If I have to get another phone, even before turning it on, I'll there first to get my phone protected. Worth every penny. read more

My husband and I purchased glass luxe for both of our iPhone 7 plus. My husband got the black luxe glass and I choose the gold luxe glass. They both turned out looking great. The quality of their products are spectacular. The customer service we received was awesome they were very patient in explaining their products to us. These guys were recommended to me by the Apple Store and I'm glad my husband and I stopped her for premium protection for our phones. read more

Accidentally cracked the screen on my phonelast week and came here to get it fixed since it was recommended to me by a friend. Customer service was great and the repair came with a lifetime warranty. Also, the quick turnaround on my repair was a huge plus since I can hardly survive without a phone. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their screen repaired! read more
