They were timely in their responses and provided information quickly. Unfortunately, that's pretty much the only area they impressed me on. They showed up 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which caused me to rush over from my new house. -not a bad thing, just annoying because I had things I planned to right before I left. Then, while I was doing some last minute maintenance to the house, the assistant cleaner comes to discuss the price and work that was agreed upon. The assistant stated, "she really should have come to see the house because for the amount of work, she cheated herself because the walls are so dirty." Mind you, the walls were only "so dirty" in the room which my dogs stayed in their crate AND I had let them know I had dogs AND paid a pet fee. When I said, "ok, so if we take the walls off, the cost will go down, right?" Because I was quoted based on multiple items you can see in the images. The owner then said, "oh no no, we will clean them but we might not be able to get them completely clean." To which I said, "okay, that's understandable." Then, I offered to run to get a step ladder because they came ill-prepared as well as magic erasers because that has worked on the walls in the past. I know so, because I have cleaned them myself. I proceeded to let them finish and did a quick walk through because the assistant was mopping the whole floor which would prevent me from exiting until the floors were dry, and also because I no longer lived there. From a quick glance everything looked fine. However, I did notice the assistant was spraying the floor cleaner directly onto the floor on top of visible dirt and not rinsing the mop. At this point, I was so frustrated I just wanted them gone and to be free of my old house. Well today (3/6/2020), I received this email from the management company(pic also posted: "Good morning, I preformed the move out inspection at 228 Stockbridge. Thank you for leaving the house in such great condition. I received the invoice from the cleaning and carpet company that you had hired. Looking through the house, the cleaning crew did not do a good job. The floors are sticky and the cabinets and appliances has very noticeable wipe marks. It is almost as if they cleaned everything with dirty water and instead of making things cleaner, they made things dirtier. I would recommend calling them and having them go back out to the house and re clean. If they do not go back out, we are going to have to hire another cleaning company, and it will be charged to you. Please let me know if you are able to get them to go back out there and I will give them the lockbox code to get into the house. Thank you" Welp, how sorry am I, now I have paid them $300 for a subpar cleaning job AND will have to pay for a new company to come clean or go do it myself. The WHOLE reason I hired them is because I work full time, my husband is deployed, and I am in a full time Master's program that I have to complete additional work hours for. Prior to posting this, I did try to reach out to see if they would be willing to fix it and they did not feel the need to. If it weren't for this company, I would have been refunded my ENTIRE security deposit and because of them that's not looking like it will happen.. He was very informative and upfront with all information about shingle types, installation, scheduling, and options for repair vs. replacement. Two years ago we had a roof repair by Shingle Hut and were very satisfied with the cost and general helpfulness of the project coordinator. He gave us several options at a reasonable price. Fast forward to hurricane Beryl damage 2024... shingles were flying from a new part of the roof! Mark with Shingle Hut came through!! We were quoted double the price by another company who REFUSED to give us a cash price and wanted to ONLY work with insurance to cover the cost. Our Hurricane policy deductible was over $20,000... needless to say I needed an affordable and reasonable cash option. Mark offered us a couple different packages and was great about follow up without being pushy. He followed through with everything he discussed and was responsive on phone calls, text and email. Financing options are offered on their website by 3rd party but even that part was fantastic... very quick and responsive- again with options on loans to fit a variety of budget needs. It's never fun to deal with roof repair and replacement, but Mark made it not scary.

They could easily have quoted us $500 or $1,000 to spend a couple of hours cleaning and applying biocides or whatever. But, no. They said we'd already done everything we needed to do, and we didn't need their services. They even pointed out what we need to do before we have the ceiling repaired.

They overcharge completely as I had done all the work prior to them coming and cleaning as they took over 2 weeks to clean my home. Please tell me how it costs 2600$ to clean dishes and wipe down a couple counters. They didn't even take care of the smell in the townhome. Overall a terrible company business model that really needs to work on customer relations and being honest with all parties involved. If you are going to overcharge my insurance company at least take it out of my deductable.

They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. They came the next day, Jose and Edgar, look at what's going on and work on the fix right away. They cleaned up after and explained very well what was done and what caught their attention, showed pictures, of what can cause future issues and suggestions on how to move forward. Overall very respectful and trustworthy, open to give work details even with pictures and would highly recommend all day everyday.

Short answer: trustworthy, quick, detailed explanation and great price…read more Long answer: I bought a townhouse in 2017, and shortly after I experienced a leak after a really bad storm. I had 4 roof repair companies come out to give me an estimate. It turned out, I had a leak around one pipe jack. Most gave me the option to seal around or replace the whole pipe jack and seal. The prices varied, but a coupe wanted to charge me double the others for pipe jack replacement. Finally, I got one last quote from José at Legendary Roofing. He gave me such a detailed explanation of the repair and my options. He charged me the same as the lower end quotes I received for the pipe jack replacement, but he also replaced all the pipe jacks on my house and did roof maintenance for that price. He also noticed some broken shingles from a tree rubbing against my house and replaced that too, all for a great price. I felt like he cared and took his time. And he showed me detailed pictures of everything done. Now, in 2020, he was the only one I called when I had a leak in a new area. He provided great detail, showed pictures of what was happening and showed me in my attic as well where a potential new leak could happen. He even gave me the option to seal the problem children for free versus replacing the plywood and shingles. I went with his recommendation to replace the plywood and shingles, and he also included some vents to my attic/roof for the cost. The repair was complete two days later.
