Worst customer service. Repairs were horrible and I would not recommend them to anybody. Don't know how they're still in business.

Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. We also had the upstairs guest bathroom remodeled and our front door replaced. I am already planning my next project and Stracoa will be my go to contractor. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. I added a few photos of the pool room and front door.

I sourced the flooring, door, and light fixtures. They handled improving the bracing, installing subfloor, additional bracing in the walls, dry wall, painting, texture, installation of the door, electrical outlets and installation of the flooring. The storage room that they completed is my favorite room of my home. The flooring was installed perfectly and there isn't a pop or squeak in the whole room. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day. I would have no hesitation on hiring them and I plan on hiring them in the near future for some additional work around the home.

ServiceMaster Restore came in and STOLE from our damaged home. Now they are refusing to reimburse us for the theft, EVEN THOUGH THEY provided pictures of the items in place upon their arrival. I would give negative stars if I could. They came to my house back in May and said they would email…read moreboth the insurance, and us for the follow up. We never received anything. A month passed. Eventually we got a letter from insurance saying our claim was going to be considered finalized is they didn't hear from us and get documents by a certain date. I called my insurance asking what the hell was going on and we were waiting for their follow up. That was when they told us they had never received anything either. I had nothing from Service Master stating which one serviced my house (no paper, business card, nothing signed, no emails, no text) so I called the main number trying to get ahold of anyone who could point me in the right direction. I explained the situation to the woman on the phone asking her if my address and date of service could be looked up to find anything. I even had the time they were there. She said she "put notes in the system" and to "expect a call back from someone." About two weeks passed with no calls, no email, no nothing. I call again. This time I explain the whole thing to a man and even finish off by telling him about the lady on the phone and how I never received a call. He sighs on the phone and says, "I took notes and you should be receiving a call." I asked him three follow up questions about the processes, protocols and the way things are run at Service Master. All of which he answered, "I don't know." At this point, it's July and service happened in May. I finally got an invoice from Service Master in the mail dated from May. Funny- perfect timing as it gave me the address and phone number of the exact location I needed, but I STILL had not heard from Service Master and this was the only thing I had received from them in 3 months. No email with services, still. No signed documents, nothing. I called the number on the invoice. I told the woman on the phone everything- including how I was finally able to get the right info. She was able to find me in the system, BUT there were no notes in the system about my calls. The only notes were that THEY kept trying to contact me. I told her that complete BS because no one has tried contacting me or my fiancé since they left our house. Email, text or phone call. They had all the right contact info to get ahold of us before the actual appointment! Luckily this woman was able to send me the full report that they were supposed to have emailed us that day 3 months before and I was able to get it to my insurance. Without her and that invoice coming in, I would have had no proof they were ever here and nothing to send to the insurance company. They are a nightmare to work with. Run.

They actually answered and arranged the appointment via text around 9pm, which totally surprised us. In a good way. Most places wouldn't even bother responding that late. Professional, helpful, and on top of it. Would absolutely use again.

**More details but same review** Anthony came to the property to do an inspection of the home but…read moresomehow only managed to inspect the livingroom and tiny "hallway" connected to it. Which were the two spot I pointed him to as the worst in the house but were absolutely not the only affected areas. Something I brought up to later on which he turned into a "miscommunication" on my part. No Anthony. There's no miscommunication about you not doing a job you were paid for. Unfortunately our landlord then turned around and hired Anthony to do the retesting during remediation and Anthony suggested a remediation company that did not have their license to run a remediation company (see photos) but the quality of their work and complete confusion when asked anything during the process was telling even before online confirmation. Two areas in the living room were written in the report that needed to be addressed by remediation professionals. Day 2 of remediation, we stop by the house to check the mail and to be nosy about the process at the house thus far. They completely missed and didn't do ANYTHING to one of the two areas in the living room even after we asked them why they weren't touching that area (they had no idea they needed too despite the report having it) and when bringing it to Anthony's attention (as well as him not doing any moisture readings or checking any other room or area in the house) he ignored the questions. There was a failed retest that we never got the results from and then a passing one 3 days later showing ZERO counts of black mold. Don't know how that could have been since no fans or dehumidifiers were used at any point. The second round of remediation after the failed attempt, was just one guy cleaning up the mess the first round left behind and him putting a fan in the kitchen with a bag on it that led out the kitchen window (we have cameras dummy) Also, locating and fixing the issue that was causing the mold in that one area until AFTER remediation was completed. The whole house smelling of mold and walls dripping with moisture still when we were allowed back in. I brought all of this up to Anthony and he played dumb but was all too ready to remind me of THCs price points if I wanted him to come back to the property and check things out. I also got the craziest one way-ed non-disparagement release/settlement from their lawyer that I've ever seen. They are insane if they think people should sign that just to get their money back for a job not done in the slightest and give them the power to sue you if they decide some random persons bad review of their business is connected to you in anyway imaginable. I gave multiple options for renegotiating terms and contract modifications that were mutually beneficial and they would not budge a fraction of an inch. Feeling guilty boys?
