Vanity I purchased was broken while removing from box by workers, and foreman asked for my credit card number to re-order. Carpet cut too short, left gap between tile and carpet was told the worker did his best and given many excuses why carpet could not be tucked (before cutting). Large transition strip applied, door would not close, came to trim my door as resolution. $1500 to paint entire small bathroom, door and trim painted twice color never matched correctly, told that's the closest they can get to color. Backsplash cracked, again no notification to owners, took off $350 to replace (I did not want company back in my home). At the time we were unsure of whom to trust with the BIG project we had in mind so after hours of searching and reviewing different companies, John Tatom the store manager of LoneStar Floors was at the top of everyone's Google search! When we gave him a call he was very professional and passionate about what he had to offer. The service was great, the work is top quality, and the product selection was enormous! The first step was to have the house quoted for the floors, bathroom, and kitchen installed. We were under the impression that someone other than John was to come out and measure and give us a price quote but instead it was John himself, he was on time and very informative about our options of what we could do to our home. After everything was planned out, the construction on our house only took up 5 days and a day to double check everything! I would like to give a special thanks to, Romeo, Juan, Jerry and their whole crew; everyone was very polite and very respectful of all my personal items. Keeping constant conversation helped me understand how everything was installed and placed. They even spot cleaned and placed all my items back to their original spot! The only hiccup I had was that one of my outlets does not work in my kitchen, other than that, the work they performed was extremely professional. I would like to give a BIG thanks to Lonestar Floors for working with me and my budget and keeping continuous communication with me after each of section of updates was completed. I will forever be a customer and always mention his name and Lonestar Floors if someone asks. I look forward to doing business again in the near future! Thanks again, One happy customer! A.P
