Really good experience with Mark. He came quickly to assess and repair some minor storm damage. He also assessed our entire roof while he was up there and reported that it is in very good condition. I dealt with Mark back when the installation took place. Fast forward to the three times I've had water leaks because of their workmanship. I head crickets from them. Directly spoke to Mark about the water leaks. He didn't give a flip. Never called back none of the times I reported the leaks. Another reputable company had to come out and point out their poor workmanship. Stay away. Sure they will be nice while they are trying to make the sale then you are on your own when the roof leaks. Our experience with Mark at New Image Roofing was horrendous. I could tell early on Mark had difficulty with organization, so I kept all the emails and texts I sent to him in the case we had problems. So, here is the timeline of what happened with our fans. I contacted Mark in late June or early July 2017 via phone. He got back to me right away and did seem very knowledgeable. I had a quote from another company, but I was very impressed with Mark, so we decided to go with him. It took a couple calls and a few weeks to finally get him out to the home, but by July 13, 2017, I had an estimate for two solar fans. I confirmed the email immediately, and he had told me over the phone he already had fans in stock and could install within a few days. I sent two follow-up emails July 19th and 20th inquiring about an estimated installation date and how I would be contacted about them being installed. I never heard back from Mark via email. I called him a couple days later, and the fans were installed July 24th. I paid immediately. The invoice is pretty simple (no warranty information, explanation of services), which is not really a problem, but plays a role later. So, overall, even though it was a little difficult to get onto the schedule in a clear way, we were satisfied. It did seem like Mark did not have a good picture of his workers' schedules and was a little disorganized, but his expertise seemed worth it. Less than two months later, one of the fans stopped working. I attempted to call Mark and did not get through, so I sent him an email September 16, 2017 explaining I thought there was a problem with one of the fans and requested if someone could come take a look. Over a week went by, and I did not get a response. So, I tried calling. I did get through to Mark, and he expressed doubt there would be a problem with the fan. He gave me a few troubleshooting ideas (e.g., checking the wire connection), which I tried. These things did not resolve the problem, and I had to send him two videos with my cell phone before he agreed to come look at the fan. He and his wife came out during the world series games in October and confirmed the fan was not working. Mark said he was able to get it working before they left by pushing together the connecting wires somehow. He asked us to monitor it, to which we agreed. In front of my husband, both he and his wife indicated they would replace the fan if it continued to not work. Mark stated they are guaranteed for five years (i.e., warranty). We felt much better after this. On November 3, 2017 I sent another video via phone to Mark explaining that the fix did not work and demonstrating the fan not working. On November 7, 2017 he did return my text and stated, "Will get it changed out." On December 5, 2017, I sent Mark another text expressing I hoped they had a nice holiday and asking him to let me know when the fan is replaced (since it had not been yet) so I could monitor it afterwards. I never heard back. Since Mark told me he was going to take care of it and it was winter, I decided to trust him and let it go. I assumed he would follow through on what he promised. In February I suspected the fan still had not been replaced (but it is difficult to tell when the weather is cold). I monitored it for a while and called Mark again at the start of March. He stated he thought the fan had already been replaced. I informed him it had not. He reported he thought he had some in storage and would have it changed out. I sent him a text message on March 10th, 2018 and asked if I could receive some sort of confirmation (email, text, letter) after the fan has been installed. I never heard back. I called him April 4th, 2018 and he said he had the fan now and will change it out. I called him again April 20th, 2018 as it had still not been replaced. He stated he again thought it had already been completed. When I inquired about his schedule and when it might be finished, he stated he did not know. He reported the fan is "on the truck." At this point, I expressed my frustration and did inform him we belong to a legal firm that I was considering contacting. He became irritated and told me not to threaten him. I told him I was not threatening him, but did not know what else to do. He yelled he is doing this "out of the goodness of my heart" and denied that he told us he would guarantee the fans for 5 years. I informed him I asked multiple times for warranty and other documentation, which he never provided. He never even provided us the name of the fan company. He stated we should contact them, to which I pointed out that he never gave us the requested information and his invoice does not give any of this information either. Ultimately, I had to make a complaint to the BBB to get this resolved. A review is posted there, too, I think. By doing that, I finally got them to mail me the fan information and money for the defective fan. That's a fine solution, but I would never work with them again. read more

First things first: I called another roofing company (who I will not call out) and they never responded to me. Seriously... So I left a message for Mark after 5 on a Fri evening, and he called back within a few minutes and said he would come out the next day (Sat) and take a look. He was very nice. Climbed all over my roof and said the issue I called him out about, was nothing to worry about. Even swept off a bunch of leaves for me while he was up there. And didn't charge me a dime! Yes, I will be calling him when it's time for some roofing work. He is honest, and friendly, and seems to actually care about what he does and doing it right. Called them to replace the skirts around the exhaust vents in my roof since they were damaged and leaking water into my attic. I wasn't expecting for it to get done for a couple days but he was gladly to schedule a time the next day to come out and fix it. Communication was good as he called when he was delayed a bit and had his workers come. I was not hassled for extra expenses or repairs. He charged me about what I've heard others were charged for similar work. For them it was the minimum $300 fee. I got 4 vents fixed and they did some shingle repair as some were damaged. I thought they were nice, honest, and fair, which is usually hard to find with this kind of work. I only gave 4 star cause I'm not sure of the quality really. If my roof springs a lead again in a couple days, bet I'll be back to update!!! read more

I am an extremely satisfied customer!!! Mark's efficient crew worked well together and took off my old roof and installed a new one in ONE day (October 24, 2013). My roof is over 2900 square feet so that was quite a task. Mark and his crew did a GREAT job and cleaned up extremely well (Including my rain gutters). Mark (the owner) and his wife (Alex) were very proffesional and extremely courteous. They had the roofing crew show up to my residence on time and start without hesitation. Of all of the roofing companies I contacted regarding the repair or replacement of a small section of flat roof on a 3-floor townhouse, Mark was the only one to offer a silicon product. He was extremely patient in answering questions and offered excellent advice in terms of what was needed to eliminate water penetration. I asked these nice folks to come over and give me an estimate for a roof replacement (ripping up two roofs). They were punctual, and courteous. Their estimate, for removal and reroofing for this one-storey, 2100 square foot house, was a whopping 17k. Ha! I felt as though they were saying, in their own way, "We don't want your business, srsly. Fer realz." So I guess they made the choice. It was a waste of time for everyone. Pity, because they advertise neat things on the website (solar lights, for e.g.) which would have been nice additions. I'm sure they do very well, especially if they're charging others 17k for roofs! I had a leaking roof and called several roofing companies, most wanted an exorbitant fee or wouldn't be very clear about what the problem is or how to fix it. New Image Roofing showed up to my house very quickly, quoted a very competitive price and explained what all needed to be done. As soon as it stopped raining New Image showed up, did the entire house in a little more than one day and did an excellent job. These guys replaced the skirts around the vent pipes on my roof, which was causing leaking into my home. They came immediately and did a THOROUGH job. I would give it 5 stars, had it not been so expensive. We have a 3 floor townhouse and were charged around $425 for 15 minutes of work. I used New Image to put a new roof on my house through insurance after hail damage. Even though I didn't go through the 'normal' process (I filed my claim with the insurance company before selecting a company to replace the roof) they worked with my husband and I through the rest of the steps to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed in the end. They communicated with us through the whole process and we kind and pleasant to deal with. Our new roof looks wonderful and the crew cleaned up after themselves quite well and was even willing to help with another quick issue while the roof was getting put on. Would have given a zero but wasnt an option. Beware of this company. Claims to belong to many organizations but doesnt be sure to ask for verification..actually check for verification yourself. Threatened for payment when job was inferior. All we kept hearing was I will take care of it. Roof leaked within a couple of months once we had a hard rain. Our attorney sent him a letter to give the option to fix everything and we never heard from him again. All I can say is always check with the BBB first. I was really impressed with the guys from New Image Roofing. I called a couple of companies for a quote as my roof was leaking. Mark (the owner) came out to inspect the roof himself and told me I had some storm damage (wind and hail) and that it would be worth filing a claim with my insurance company. I was reluctant, but he explained that the process was simple and that there was nothing to lose so I agreed. Mark came back out and met the adjuster, and it was great to feel like I had someone fighting my case as Im sure the guy wouldve said no had I not had New Image there. Long and short of it, Mark convinced the insurance company that day that the roof was their responsibility and two days later they installed my new roof, for just my $2,000 deductible! The other quotes I had had were for around $12,000, which I was ready to pay out for. They did a great job, had an english speaker on site all day, Mark kept in contact throughout the process and checked all the work himself. They saved me $10,000 and did a professional job. read more
