We've had a massive amount of contractors coming in and out of the house, but Frontier has been by far the best and our favorite! They have been nothing but a joy to work with (besides the circumstances that brought them to our house) as they are good-hearted, honest and hard working people. We have met more than 20+ of their crew members because of all our problems, and every one of them has been very professional, kind and positive. We are extremely thankful for the supervisors, Mr. David and Mr. Nicholas, for their superb leadership of their crew, supervision of the projects at-hand, and their genuine care for helping us. Mr. Nicholas always made himself available to us and kept us posted on the latest happenings. Mr. David is very responsive, trustworthy and a man of his words, which is a rare find these days. He has made this stressful and horrific process much easier to bear. We are so grateful for all his care, support and positive management! We'd also like to acknowledge and praise two specific crew members: Mr. Eric and Mr. Omar. Mr. Eric in particular has been overseeing all our issues for the past nine months. He is honest and a man of integrity. We appreciate how meticulous and diligent he is at ensuring all areas that's infected are found and treated properly. He always goes above and beyond to ensure all our concerns are addressed. As for Mr. Omar, we remember the first time we met him, he came to drop off air scrubbers at 8pm. I then had to pay another contractor $38,049 to fix their work, plus over $55,000 in repairs and over $20,000 in mold and pest remediation. My home sat boarded and open for months through storm season. I asked repeatedly by text, email, and phone for it to be covered. Mold followed, and I was told to file a new claim. Their billing charged me for work on things that don't exist in my house: custom cabinets, tile, crown moulding, extra chandeliers, a kitchen door. They billed $1,636.74 for a hydroxyl generator that could not have run because the house had no power. Electrical circuits were billed as tested ($1,182.95), yet many still don't work. They also removed my belongings for "cleaning and storage." Four vaults, 322 boxes. I've demanded their return in writing (July 14, 2025 and December 11, 2025). On August 19, 2025, their contents manager told me it was the first request she'd seen. The property is still in their possession. I'm now in court, pro se, asking for my property back. I wouldn't hire this company again, and I'd warn anyone dealing with them to document everything, photograph everything, and get every promise in writing.

He quickly setup dehumidifier, fan and heavy-duty HEPA air purifier. In the same week, they came back with another helper Juan to perform tear out and sprayed fungicide to kill molds and checking for additional damage. I want to share my experience based on my initial connection before this review gets too long. Next thing is to rebuild my room. Having to wait on my insurance claim approval. They overcharge completely as I had done all the work prior to them coming and cleaning as they took over 2 weeks to clean my home. Please tell me how it costs 2600$ to clean dishes and wipe down a couple counters. They didn't even take care of the smell in the townhome. Overall a terrible company business model that really needs to work on customer relations and being honest with all parties involved. If you are going to overcharge my insurance company at least take it out of my deductable.

My experience is with their flood mitigation service and especially with Jordan Callahan. Is their estimate, they had that they were going to remove the drywalls to let the wood dry properly. The week they worked on my property, they didn't communicate with me for anything other than asking for my insurance information. Then at the end of the week, when I asked how things were going, they said they didn't remove the drywalls since they were able to dry in place. They charged me more than the estimate saying that their machines took longer to dry. After I sent 3 contractors for the construction phase, they all highly recommended to remove the drywalls. The pictures also indicated growing water spots and black spots in the wall (sharing pictures). After I talked to one of the SERVPRO guys (not Jordan) about this, he said that they actually should have removed more of the flooring too, but they didn't because they didn't want to inconvenience my tenants. He said he's sure that there's water or moisture under some of the flooring even now. I was so shocked to hear this because my tenants weren't even supposed to be in the property. Nothing was communicated with me! They did a poor job leaving my property in a terrible condition. I had to spend more money and time to make it right.

He suggested that I go with a turbine system that would maximum my ventilation system that would in return help extend the life of my roof. Ultimately I opted to file an insurance claim which is quite a lengthy process. Ryan offered to come out when the insurance inspector came out to evaluate my roof. He helped me throughout the process and made sure I understood all the roofing terminology. He was an invaluable resource through the entire process. Houston Roofing company is a great choice if you are looking for a superior level of knowledge and service. During the installation, they caused severe damage to my front yard, including destroying a rare and expensive Japanese maple tree. Their method of "protecting" plants was just throwing a tarp over them, which did nothing to shield them from falling shingles and tools. A three-story ladder fell on my shrubs, damaging several, and worse -- it also fell onto my brand-new AC unit, bending the top grill. Since then, the ventilator has been rotating only millimeters away from the edge on one side, at risk of scraping. On top of that, there were permit issues. It took multiple emails and calls from me -- both to the company and the permit office -- to get it straightened out. They tried to tell me that "approval of the drawings" was the same as having the permit approved, which was not true. The confusion dragged out the inspection process unnecessarily. They never offered to fix or compensate for any of the damage. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

He was in the neighborhood and said and check. Upon checking Landon thought we might need some sealing on the roof. They did eventually come back and Landon did the sealing. Our roof is a bluish/dark gray color and Landon used a white sealer on the roof! Pictures at the end of this review. Who wants white globs and lines all over your roof! I sent pictures to ML and he assured us it was an easy fix. I told him we wanted to be home when they corrected it. We called a few times and reminded him that we wanted to be home when they corrected the sealing color on the roof. OHe said they were doing this as a courtesy. They have not shown up or returned our messages or calls.
