How rude and unprofessional! I don't know what kind of business this is and I don't care! Well little things go awry all the time and on this particular problem it was just a faucet leaking. I called around and most places had a service charge, and then the cost of the repairs. I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service. Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money. With honestly up front, it makes it so that you can trust their work more.

We had a major watervleak that needed a restoration company involvement. Although about $25K to fix insurance was helpful. During the fix Wes rerouted the culprit pipe. At the end of the project a few months later another leak from the rerouted pipe. Both restoration company and plumber claimed it wasn't their responsibility on new leak and we are now holding the bag (and cost) for the newest damage.....from the same piping. Hard to believe. Sadly we need to look for another restoration company....and another plumber. We had to let Wes and Simply Plumbing go.

He told me I need to have all my pipe replaced to the house at a cost of ~$1800. Fortunately I was/am smart enough not to do. The actual problem was on the city side of the meter box. His prices were very reasonable especially considering we needed his services six weeks after the big freeze here in TX. After getting many prior estimates, he made us aware that there were things we were told we needed that were in fact, not necessary to purchase.
