Thus the CS is streamlined. Everybody knows you clean the AC coils in the Fall and the Spring. You buy the can of gunk, spray and wash. Oh wait, everyone knows to turn off breaker and the thermostat, right... that requires reading the instructions on the can. Not mentioning any names on who fails to read instructions. Guests are arriving the following day and they cannot all sleep in the wine chiller. Houston heat is serious, this company responded and resolved the issue with the breaker. Hats off Jason.
