We highly recommend Amin! I submitted a request for bids through yelp last Saturday and he replied immediately with a quote for our garbage disposal replacement. We communicated briefly through texts and I was impressed enough to hire hime without looking at other quotes. He fit us in that same day, arrived on time with all materials, did a great job! We then hired him to return two days later to do a tankless hot water heater flush. Again he showed up on time and did another great job. Very professional, kind, and leaves the worksite spotless. . read more

Quick response. Arrived on time. Fair price with no deviation from quote. Plumbing repair and fixture installation. Recommend.

I had a few plumbing requirements in the new house for replacing Toilets and Valves and I used Yelp to find a plumber in the area and found Precise Home Improvement Services. Amin gave me a very reasonable price for installing 4 toilets and later I gave him additional jobs of replacing valves and installing water filter. He was responsive and quick and did a good job for all 3 things. After a while my Water Heater had a Thermopile issue and I called Amin again and he was able to come the next day and quickly resolve by replacing Thermopile and cleaning gas pipes. I may have a few more projects that I would use Amin for, he is a licensed plumber and very quick in his responses. I would highly recommend him for any future needs. read more

He worked quickly and efficiently. He even added additional caulking to our shower head which was not part of the job but he did so without even adjusting his initial quote. We are very happy to find us a handyman we will continue to use for all our handyman work around the home. Thank you again Amin. read more

I had to look for the item because it was sold out every where else because of the coldfreeze 2 years ago. I was able to book him within an hour after I was able to get the backflow inhibitor. He charged &$10 extra on top of labor for the parts but that saved me time and stress. We Highly recommend Amin and Precise Home Improvement. Thank you read more

Amin did a great job. He was professional, quick and on-time. He assessed the problem and fixed it. Thanks, Amin! read more

Amin was super competent, responsive and friendly. I phoned to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable quote for the labor based on what I needed done and I had added a couple of pictures. He came out early next morning, looked at the problem and was ready to get to work. I needed the main house shut off valve replaced plus a couple of pipes tapped. The city water meter valve was stuck open. I tried on numerous occasions to rotate with no avail. I even had another plumber try a few months ago when I had some warranty work done and that plumber could not move the valve. Anyways, Amin manage (albeit with some effort) to finally get the city water valve shut off otherwise the work could not proceed. When the other plumbing co was out I had mentioned about replacing the shut off value and he quoted me a price that was extremely high for a couple of hours of labor and limited parts cost. Precise Home gave me a fair price and had the work done in a couple of hours. No surprises. He even capped off a sewer drain which was not in the original plan. I certainly appreciate the efforts. I would certainly recommend Precise and will definitely use their services in future. read more

He responded quickly and fixed the plumbing issue with ease. He even went to get a part that was needed to finish properly.

Amin and Sam replaced a bathroom ceiling and wall sheet rock after the AC pan overflowed. Opening the wall revealed other issues. They provided reasonable solutions at reasonable prices. They had a good knowledge of construction techniques and we're great to work with. I'd highly recommend them anyway, and will use them again when we replace the tile in the same bathroom (it looks good in the pictures but was a poor quality choice by the previous owner). Call Amin and Sam - seriously, you won't be disappointed. read more
