When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was here exactly at 9. He assessed my situation and told me his price to replace my water heater. He said he would pick up the unit and be back by 12:30 to finish the job.
