Hot water heater purchase and install…read more I only write reviews if I feel that others really need to know about something. We received analysis, feedback, and quotes from multiple companies. When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". Ash was kind, well mannered, and cleaned up after himself. I will use him for our plumbing and air anytime there is a need. 5 star!!

After doing such a great job with our water heater, we talked to him about replacing the faucet in our kitchen. He was able to come out the next day to install it, and it is absolutely beautiful! After Winter Storm Uri, we discovered five different kinds of pipes in our house. All five had…read morebursts in them. Because of the extent of repairs needed, we decided to just go ahead and repipe the whole darn house and from start to finish and HaLo was phenomenal. As most of TX knows it's been hard to get a hold of any plumber, but Karen and their crew were remarkably responsive and got back to me when they said they would every time. We did have to wait a little to get on the schedule but it was for a reason I appreciated: while supplies were limited they were trying to help the most people instead of sinking all of their materials into one job. They helped me avoid cutting into wood paneling and built in bookcases that would have been a nightmare to repair by moving a hose bib. And when the job was over Nayar was very patient with me when I asked him to give me an overview of where all the lines were located in case I had to trouble shoot anything. Also, the employees who only spoke Spanish were so kind in dealing with my poorly mangled Spanish - So. Kind. It's been about a week since my job was done now, and all the lines are fully functional with no issues!

I explained on the phone every single thing I needed done, and they said OK. They come out, call, and still have not completed all the items. So then I need to ask them to do all the items, and they will only do some. So then we need to tell them again. Then I asked them to test the faucets, etc., but they said that since the engineer is testing, they do not need to. If they say a master plumber is coming then do what you say you are going to do.
