They have done many repair jobs at our home, to include gas line, water heater, and toilet replacement. Also more minor repairs such as replacing washers or faucets. Very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to have him work in my absence if I needed to leave the house for some reason. Always our first call if we need plumbing repairs. Nonetheless, she said let's run the snake through it anyway. That was admirable as I live in a high rise and it's difficult to get equipment in and out of the building, and the pipes are not altogether easy to work with. She could have done what many others would have done; nothing, collect money and be on the way. She went through extra effort to bring in the equipment, clean out the drain and make sure that all was well. She charged. only the minimum for a visit:) On another visit, Peter was at my condo to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. He too was professional and easy to talk to. He got in and out quickly and with reasonable pricing.

So I opened the ceiling and thought I found the problem. Peter came around, and thought I was right. Then pulled the toilet off, and told me I was wrong. Then after some time, he then proved himself wrong and found the real culprit. Kathy, the operator figured I need a critical thinker to figure this out and she was right. Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Overall, I recommend We Do Repipes!
