A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice.
