Our Delta shower valve decided to fail one night and not turn off. Water continued to dribble from the faucet and wouldn't stop no matter how hard we tried to turn the knob. The team at Kae Edward Plumbing is awesome! I had someone here at my home the same day, parts in hand. Super polite and honest techs, wore shoe covers to protect my home and even cleaned up everything before they left. Price was competitive and upfront. No surprises or messing around. Very professional and I will definitely be calling this plumber again! read more

This is a family-owned business with fair pricing. I have multiple rental properties and I use them for all properties. They properly drain your AC line. Proper maintenance for draining AC line is not done correctly by Davis or Airtron. Always had my lines flood until I started using these guys. They will not rip you off. read more

They returned promptly to look at a big outdoor plumbing repair they did at our home 5 years ago. They gave us a minor update and were SO nice. We highly recommend them. read more

Prompt and clean. I need a new 50 gal hot water heater and we're 600 lower than the competitor.

Stellar service. Called in the morning for an appointment, they were there in the afternoon and got what turned into maybe a bigger project done and with a smile! No complaining. No attitude. Nice, respectful, kind. Explained in plain English. Left cleaning their own mess. Like working with local providers and no doubt I will work with them again! Thanks Bryly for great customer service! read more

Kae Edward Plumbing - Work truck - Plumbing Near Me - Sugar Land, Texas

You're really in a bind when your toilet doesn't flush. This happened to me this morning. I saw this company on Yelp, and the tech was at my house within two hours. It's a family owned business, and you can tell that by the high level of service they provide. I highly recommend them! read more

Very prompt to come out and give me the quote. Unfortunately very expensive quote almost 300 more than what I have received from others. I know you will say that we had price manual that we use for quote but you have to change that to be competitive. One more thing- for inspection you quoted $153 but I checked my city has 100 fees for inspection. So where that $53 dollars come from. So please change your price manual to be competitive. For this instant o would not recommend this provider For your water heater need. Update: Thank you for your explanation. I am giving the review because of that permit price as many providers have given me 100 dollars quote for permit and they are the very well known companies. Since you explained me in detail and came out 1st to give me quote, I will upgrade my review to 2 star. Thanks read more

They go above and beyond in customer service! Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Needed a garbage disposal installed. These guys came out and got it done. A little on the late side as they were scheduled the previous day but understandably previous jobs ran over which were outside of thier control. read more

During the huge freeze that just hit our area of Texas, we knew that some of the well had frozen and cracked. That much we could see. My spouse has worked with Kae Edwards before, and we called as soon as we could, if only to get on the list for repairs. With all the plumbing damage in our area, and all the plumbers being so overworked, I was thrilled when they came out so very early on a weekend. I had resigned myself to a wait (residential versus commercial), and possibly a lack of parts due to all the DIYers and the run on supplies that comes with every catastrophe. They were able to complete repairs, improve the running of the lines from the well, and actually made things better. Amazing plumbers and truly nice people (while waiting, we chatted). I have been happy with the quality and speed of the service, and will continue to recommend Kae Edwards Plumbing to everyone in my area for their plumbing needs. read more

Very Professional. We needed weekend (emergency) pipe replacement at our well pump. They indicated that they could be at our home in just over an hour, they were there as promised. The price was reasonable for the services provided. I would call Kae Edward again without hesitation...Highly recommend these folks !! If you read my other reviews I do not give good reviews for average or below average service. read more

This plumber is a real find! He was appointed to our job by our home warranty company for a leaking water heater. I left a message at 8am and he was with me by 10am. He adjusted his schedule to deal with my emergency. It was a complete contrast to the replacement of my other water heater last year. Because the shut-off valve wouldn't shut off, he drained the tank and by-passed it, whilst he sourced a replacement. Ron was very knowledgeable and customer-orientated. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he managed to find the cause of the leak from the pan to outside of the house...nails in a pipe. He also informed me that I had a water pump that wasn't plugged in. Now for the first time in nine years, I have instant hot water in my kitchen faucet! I will be calling Ron, whenever I need a plumber for sure! read more

We called Kae Edward Plumbing because of their great reviews and sure enough they are exactly what the reviews say. Very friendly and helpful. They even referred me to another reliable company for water damage. Thank you Ron, it was very nice to meet you. We finally found our plumber. read more

This company was honorable and professional. I sent a photo of my issue and the plumber quoted me a reasonable price. He even told me that I could fix the issue myself. The problem was the sprinkler system; however, I am still under warranty and the sprinkler company is going to repair. The reason I am writing this review is because several other plumbing companies gave me exorbitant quotes, ranging as high as $695. One company even told be it would cost $395 to repair. I have since learned that the part is only $35 on Amazon and I can fix it myself. Kae Edward Plumbing was honest. I want to warn everyone to beware of those who may not be honorable and or only interested in overcharging you. When I have a serious plumbing issue, I am going to call Kae Edward Plumbing because they were honest, honorable, and fair. read more

I contacted several plumbers to come do a repair. Kae Edward was first to call back and was able to come the very next day. Their team arrived at the very beginning of our scheduled window, and gave me a call 15 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. They wore protective coverings over their shoes and were very professional. Every detail of my repair was explained to me and all costs were discussed before we proceeded. Their service exceeded my expectations and I will use them for any future plumbing needs. read more

The technician gave us fair quotes, explained different scenarios clearly, and delivered satisfying solutions as promised. The company is very responsive to inquiries and trustworthy. I had one piece of repair not within the original scope but the technician went above and beyond to take are of it. I definitely would like to go back to them. read more

Ron was recommended by a friend and is now my goto plumber. My kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. Ron recommended a faucet that saved me money, looks great and works flawlessly. Since then he has repaired a toilet and replaced a bathtub faucet. Most recently I wanted a water filtration system for my house. Ron spent time accessing my needs, made recommendations and sent me a written quote with 3 options. It was installed a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with the results. Ron is always prompt, professional and provides excellent service. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer all of my questions. read more

Very Professional, courteous and post fix by ensuring no debris is left. Would utilise them for future plumbing needs

Great company and would highly recommend as your first call to make for all plumbing needs. Owner is on time and reliable, transparent and very reasonable. Our job was done for $90. My two other closest quotes were $225 and $240! Support local small businesses and head to Kae Edward plumbing! read more

Excellent work, very professional, competitive prices. I'll definitely be using Kae Edward Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Had a small leak in a pvc pipe under an outdoor kitchen sink. Called Kae Edwards and they came out promptly. After inspecting the pipe they quoted a price of $369. When I inquired how long it would take he said it was hard to say. I also was not given a break down of how much of the price was for parts. The pipe was somewhat hard to access so I can understand that it would cost more than the usual repair. I felt that $369 was way too much, however, so I went online to see if there was a YouTube video that could show me how to make the repair. There were several. The parts at Home Depot were around $10. Once I actually found the correct video and purchased the parts, my total labor time was about an hour. I understand they have to make a living, but $369 for a simple repair seems exorbitant considering I did it myself in an hour. I can only assume it would have taken them half the time it took me. Although the plumber was professional in his interactions with me, I feel the price was not fair considering it was such a small job. read more

There was a leak out by my water meter by the street and water was in both ditches. The city said it was my side that had the leak and I needed a plumber. I called 3 plumbers they all said next week sometime..i needed somebody RIGHT AWAY! Well,I called this company and although they had a busy Friday ,they HAD A SPACE to squeeze me in...(although it took hours to come deal with my problem.)they were here right away.! Very professional, and knowledgeable. .we discovered that the weight of the heavy city lawnmower had actually caused the underground break with their heavy equipment ! It was Quite confusing getting all things straight with city who finally acknowledged responsibility. This plumber was SO GOOD ,and thoughtful of my dilemma and just kept Working at it til he fixed everything. He's wonderful and I will ALWAYS call this company FIRST now...in emergency or not..they are GREAT!..prices fair and reasonable..everything totally professional! Totally happy with these guys!!! read more
