Based on the three previous five star reviews on Yelp (which are 2 to 3 years old) I called In the…read moreLoop Plumbing come out to do an estimate on a leaking PVC drain pipe and a leaking PEX connector for the hot water pipe to my washing machine which is located in a detached garage. The estimate was EXTREMELY high. The time given to fix these minor issues was +3 hours @ $175 per hour (PLUS parts). The charges began the minute the truck drove up to the house and would include the time it took search the truck for the parts (which weren't on the truck) and then to go to the plumbing supply place to get the PVC pipe and the PEX connector. I'm happy that I rejected their estimate and hired another plumber to do the job for 1/3 of the price. I realize that prices have increased in 2 to 3 years, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a senior citizen.

Wow, I could not be more impressed with Patrick from Palm Breeze Plumbing. This is my first review…read moreI have ever written, but I felt it was necessary. He was professional, kind, prompt, knowledgeable and fixed our issue that other plumbing companies could not solve as easily. Patrick was very transparent and open about our issue even showing us pictures of pipes and thoroughly explaining what our problem was. He easily targeted his next plan and was able to fix our clog. The other plumbing company we used first charged us for modifications that were not needed and for draining a clog they didn't drain. They then wanted to make significant modifications that we were not ready to settle for. Therefore, we called Patrick at Palm Breeze Plumbing and it truly lifted the weight off our shoulders. We truly feel like he rescued us in a dire situation we have never been familiar with. We are new homeowners and Patrick truly took care of us and made us feel like he had our best interest first, and he did. We will be calling Patrick at Palm Breeze Plumbing for all of our services from here on out. Thank you Patrick and PBP for truly putting your customers and quality first.

Governor Greg Abbot invited plumbers from outside of state to operate in Texas. Dom's Plumbing was one of them. In reality, state law changed awhile ago that plumbers no longer required to have plumbing license but only need to take an exam after so many hours of coursework. That's what Dominic did. Yes, I did my research before I contacted the business after my initial connection on Yelp app. I used Yelp contractor feature to ask for a quote. It automatically generated 5 leads. Dominic contacted me within 30 minutes. He quickly gave him his availability. Then, we communicated via text messaging. Unfortunately, I didn't use his service because the main shutoff valve to my townhome got stuck. It took months to get it fixed. By then, he already went back to Arizona.
