Keith and his crew showed up to replace the faucets and were and are very professional and knowledgeable. While they were here I showed him my powder room that I was in the middle of messing up. Told him I'd like to have the ugly standard builder sink and mirror removed and swapped out with what I had ordered. He gave me an outstanding quote and I finally was able to get the work done today. I am beyond happy that he completed the job and I wasn't charged 5k like Lowe's wanted to charge. I highly recommend flat-out plumbing before any other company. Well little things go awry all the time and on this particular problem it was just a faucet leaking. I called around and most places had a service charge, and then the cost of the repairs. I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service. Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money. With honestly up front, it makes it so that you can trust their work more.

How rude and unprofessional! I don't know what kind of business this is and I don't care! They came to our house looking confused when we had a water line break and left saying they would come back in 15 min because they didnt have the tools. First red flag! How are you a contractor without the tools needed to do your job? They said their office was 15 minutes away and they would be right back. Lies! Then they answered the phone several times after and said they were on the way back to us. Meanwhile, we have a water break and our street is flooding while we wait for them. The last we heard from them (almost 2 hours after they came to our house) they were ten minutes out from us, and then they went radio silent. We could have had another company come and not wasted water, time, and money. Terrible human beings. Just tell people you cant do the work and move on. If you suck at your job, just say that.

Once we decided to move forward, they were able to start work the next day, and took a 50% deposit upfront in order to start the work. The full shower remodel was complete in 2.5 days. And as an landlord, they provided everything I could have asked for in terms of communication during the process. We had a major watervleak that needed a restoration company involvement. Although about $25K to fix insurance was helpful. During the fix Wes rerouted the culprit pipe. At the end of the project a few months later another leak from the rerouted pipe. Both restoration company and plumber claimed it wasn't their responsibility on new leak and we are now holding the bag (and cost) for the newest damage.....from the same piping. Hard to believe.
